In the aftermath of The Washouts, rebellious former Wonderbolt cadet Lightning Dust is feeling a bit worse for wear. Can a visit from her old colleague Rainbow Dash lift her spirits at all?

Rainbow Dash has almost always habored feelings for her lavender friend, but she also is hesitant to tell her. After finding out that Twilight is sick she makes it her goal to see her get better, and maybe even tell her the truth.

This story is a sequel to Advanced Lessons

After stumbling upon the secret history between her mentor and the Queen of the Changelings, Twilight now finds herself in a position to put an end to the Pony-Changeling conflict...if she can just deal with all the craziness around her.

Alongside Chrysalis herself, Prince Blueblood, and her friends, Twilight must now visit the home of Chrysalis' Changelings, to ascertain for herself, whether or not the Changelings can live alongside ponies peacefully. Are the Changelings just a bunch of monsters? Or do they have more in-common with Ponies than anypony thought?

By popular demand (At least one person :}) here's the story detailing Twilight's visit to the Changelings. This is an interquel, that takes place during the timeskip between Ch.2 and Ch.3 of my earlier story Advanced Lessons. Rainbow Dash's anticipated nap time is interrupted as she spots Starlight walking back to Ponyville. It turns out Starlight had just come back from her friendship mission with her father. Rainbow offers her a listening ear and together they talk about their family issues.

Thorax is keeping residence at Twilight's castle, and Spike has the brilliant idea of using his powers for some "pranks", but things don't quite go exactly as planned...

So Thorax is really fun to write. He's basically Fluttershy in a changeling's body, super awkward, unaware of things to a comedic fault, and just wants to please everybody. At least that's how I like to portray him. Hope you enjoy!

I am not doing anymore changes to this story (except for grammer and spelling). I feel that this story was written with most of my sorrow thrown into it so I don't want to spoil that.
