(prequel to “Escape From the Moon” and “The Mare From the Moon”): Well over a thousand years ago, before the founding of Equestria, the world was a different place. In time, a trio of ponies came together, and through the Fires of Friendship, created a nation. This story is well known.

Except some of that history has been swept under the rug. Now, the truth of what the world was like before Equestria’s founding is about to be revealed… including the role that Snöflinga the windigo played in it.

As the Pre-Equestrian Era approaches its end, a new society surfaces. Corruption prowls the land and the encroaching Gryphon army seeks to lay waste to the three pony tribes. However, a much more dangerous threat is dwelling within, a threat that could destroy everything that ever existed and will exist.

Two millennia into the future, Equestria is entering a new, prosperous age. When the researchers of the Canterlot research branch initiates a project that will allow ponies to peer into history, a secret sealed since before the Hearth Warming is unveiled. An experiment with recreating tangible virtue history goes wrong, possibly changing the very history of Equestria... for better or worse.

Many parts of Equestria have been settled by the ponies. Some areas however have been deemed far too dangerous. One such area to the West is proving to be particularly problematic, in that no matter how many recon teams are sent there, none return. Feed up with this, Commander Hurricane, sends Corporal Pansy and Recruit Flash Magnus to find out what in the hay is going on. A cute little story with a strange twist.

The world is frozen. Clover, Smart Cookie and Private Pansy climb a mountain to try and kill the immortal causing it.

Scootaloo can't fly, and she needs to know why.
