And fair warning, the first half of this story is fairly badly written. I promise it gets better!

Burning Sunset's "A Second Chance to Find Home" is dead, and while I certainly don't want to copy their work, I wouldn't mind to see it have an ending.

Twilight Sparkle is a little filly with a big superpower. Shining Armor was more or less aware of this power, but he didn't know just how unstoppable it could be if unleashed.

However, once Shining finally learned what it could do by testing it, he decided to milk the hay out of his little sister's superpower while out shopping.

Unfortunately, things eventually ended with a pony in over their head.

Shining Armor is an average four year old colt, who loves his Mama and has heard about angels before. He's also never seen his Mama cry.

When he hears crying one night, he thinks it's an angel. He's not entirely wrong, since that's exactly what his Mama is to him. It's his mission to help her be happy again.

AU tag is used because it's a somewhat altered telling of my usual canon.

A young Twilight Sparkle has a whole new world opened up before her. It's full to the brim with anything she could ever want to know, and a plethora of new friends just waiting to meet her.

It's Hearth's Warming Eve and Twilight's household is abuzz with activity. Some of this is activity that the little filly is familiar with, but so far, there are some things that take place behind closed doors that she has no idea about. Not simply the wrapping of presents, of course, but things she can't imagine a reason to hide.

Well, this year, on her seventh Hearth's Warming, she's not going to stand for it any longer. She's going to find out what the grownups are doing in the kitchen all this time. She's going to learn how it all works and hopefully, in the future, she's going to be able to help, in addition to how she helps prepare for the holiday already.

However, through the course of discovery and fulfilling her obligations, Twilight is going to encounter a question. A question that any child would be terrified to ask, but too curious not to.
