Hopes for conquering the world destroyed, the Dazzlings travelled from city to city in their search to find a chance to reignite the ashes of their old lives. Slowly, constant failure drove them to despondency, to clinging to a tragic past from the days of the Siren Sisterhood - the days when there were Sirens at all. Days before the fire. Though trapped in the past, time did pass as it always does, bringing with it change. Aria changed. Sonata changed. Adagio did not.

Sonata Dusk loves the arcade, though not everyone she knows shares her enthusiasm. But, whether it be rhythm games or cute boys, the arcade has something for everyone. Even Adagio Dazzle.

Ever since she was banished by Star Swirl the Bearded, Aria Blaze has harbored an irrational hatred for long, white beards. This has always made the Christmas season difficult to bear, due to all the Santa Claus imagery.

So when Adagio hears about a mysterious vandal who cut the beards of several Santa Clauses in town, she can't help but suspect Aria. With the help of Sonata, Adagio tries to stop Aria before the police do.

After the finale at the battle of the bands Sonata Dusk runs from a group of angry students wanting revenge. Sonata finally escapes into a supply closet hoping no one will find her.
Sunset Shimmer one of the angry students attempts to find the Dazzlings until she hears crying coming from a supply closet and goes to investigate.
What happens next is a lesson for both.

RPGs. Everyone's favorite relaxing pastime in the Shimmer household. Then one night, Sunset is presented with the prospect of a new type of game, one where anthropomorphic equines battle evil with swords.

It seems to be right up her alley.

But after finding out that death removes the player from the game permanently, things seem a little less fun.

The Dazzlings are now "harmless, ordinary teenage girls", deprived of their talents of persuasion. They won't stand for this, but will they be able to strike back at those who hurt them? Will they be able to adjust to the normal life? Will they be found out? These girls haven't given their swan songs yet!

After the Battle of the Bands, Sonata finds herself dumped by her friends and ends up staying at Canterlot High, hopefully with the help of a few of the students and two new kids she can fit in, hijinks are sure to ensue

Love Tap has a reputation for being excellent at taking care of children. Twilight needs somepony to help look after the sirens. These two things really shouldn't have any connection, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

Spiritual sequel to The SweetieMash Chronicles. Though reading SweetieMash is not compulsory for enjoyment of this story, it helps fill some blanks.
