Doctor Whooves A.K.A. Time Turner A.K.A. Doctor has been in Equestria for a while. For once in his long long life he found a place that didn't resort to mindless wars and fighting and found peace. But he couldn't shake his paranoia that something might happen. Despite nothing from his own past coming to ruin Equestria other realities might. Teaming up with Derpy Hooves, the Doctor sets out to fix the alternate timelines so that they don't influence his Equestria.

The adventures in time and space of the Master, now ponified as his counterpart, Doctor Whooves, and Digital Victory, a pony/hippogriff hybrid with a knack for seeing the best in people.

Please be aware that this story and its characters were written before season/series 7 of Doctor Who, and before the MLP Movie, so some things may seem inaccurate, but bare with me please. If worse comes to worse, blame time travel XD

For his interference with so-called "lesser" lifeforms, The Doctor is being punished. His friends have had their memories wiped, he is barred from travel through time and space, they intended to exile him to Earth and, worse yet, they chose the wrong version of it. Through an error in their calculations and technology, the Doctor was sent to what is seemingly another Universe. One where hooves beat feet in the evolutionary race, and where magic exists side by side with technology.
The Mane Seven also have a problem. They just had a strange stallion crash into their tree with a blue box, completely unconscious. And while the rest of the girls are underway with helping him, Pinkie has a secret she needs to tell Twilight, about how she knows that unmistakable blue box... And maybe go for a quick trip to a new place. There's also the mysterious new sets of mannequins being given as "free samples" for every business in Equestria. What on Gaea could be going on..?

But that was in the past, now, due to being Discorded, the Time Lord had now become selfish and cowardly. It has been more evident after he had abandoned those of the Nimbus Resort & Casino to die by Dalek gunfire and shooting his now former friend Jack Harkness, The Doctor had been on the run within the Time Vortex. Pushing those who help him and creating new enemies, all of time being warped and twisted; he has little choice but to seek help from a mare that reminded him of one of his more infamous losses.

A young pegasus wakes up alone in a field with no clue as to how she arrived in Equestria.
She was human once - she thinks - but her memory is tattered and unreliable, only coming to her in sharp, burning flashes. She can't even remember her name, and now she has to piece together the events that led her across time and space, if she ever hopes to return home.

Meanwhile, deep underground in the tunnels below Canterlot, the Star Bright Network crafts a plan to break the barrier of reality, and they think they've located the last missing piece of the puzzle.

In between it all, the Doctor and his bubbly companion investigate the strange energy that has been flowing out of Equestria's capital city. Something big is on its way, and their universe will crumble unless they can stop it in time.

For returning MGiE readers: This story is at the end of Moss's arcs. He's had his adventures. His magic has evolved and grown. The story will not be an exact spiritual successor to the others involving Moss. The story will go in a somewhat different direction and will likely have an effect similar to the Star Wars prequel trilogy had compared to the original. It was Star Wars, but "not the same" Star Wars.

It's a DnD 5e crossover with a four way multiclass and all the convoluted mechanics involved that can't be fully summarized to get you going. A spirit-turned-owl he first hated grew to be his best friend over the years as he spent his time stuck on Equis. The owl was always straightforward with him when he asked something. Only one minor item did the owl make a point to beg him not to force the owl to tell when it came up. It was not a big deal to him, as he understood it was for a promise to a lost love. Some secret the owl wished to take to his grave, he was certain. What he didn't expect was how much it would end up involving him and how much more it would end up explaining.

Through the inky void, the TARDIS escaped into the vortex on to a preset destination. The Doctor is in trouble and he's sent his trusty space-time machine out to one of his trusted friends from long ago in his life. The TARDIS lands on Twilight Sparkle's doorstep, years after he last left her to answer a call from his own race. The Doctor is calling for help but he had little time to prepare any kind of plan. The exact details of what happened are locked within his 900-year diary, which is encrypted with a scrambling spell so nopony may dwell upon its contents.

With no other way to find the instructions to help, she decides that she has to read the book all the way through in order to bypass the advanced spell. But the creatures of the void have followed behind, and an amnesiac mare with an alleged connection to the Doctor is the only thing to escape its grasp. The future fate of the Doctor lies in Twilight's hooves, a mare with an unknown past, and the 900 years of written words.
