Equestria divded: final chapter has been delayed due to technical problems · 7:52pm Jun 16th, 2018
Welp,
Welp,
Filmed this at 9 in the morning!
So, deadrose and I are in the process of moving from the Emerald City, to a much less interesting city fifteen miles south, because this house got foreclosed on (thanks to my landlord dying and his heirs being unlocatable), and that city being about the only place I can afford to move to (housing costs here are insane, thanks primarily to Amazon, Microsoft, and Google, and a city government that bends over for them at every opportunity), which is still even moderately convenient for work. Not
So, as of recently I have started helping my uncle with his mayoral campaign, and it basically is a ton of work. I am still figuring out what this is going to mean for my ability to get things written, but I have some more news. Joker's Wild, chapter 3 is almost fully written. I know I said it was going to be shorter, but apparently I am a terrible dishonest lying scumbag, because it is currently at 19k, and I have 2 more scenes to write in, and one scene to rewrite. Anyway, after that, it will
Howdy howdy~
First off, before you ask, the April Fools Chapter is canon this time... just cuz
Secondly, here's what April's chapter release schedule looks like for The Poisoned Barb's Tale:
Sadly I'm here to report that the next arc needs just a smidgen more time in the oven. Due to this fact, we will NOT be doing weekly updates like we did back in December and February...
Hey Guys wassup?? So I've had some glasses of wine to loosen me up for season opener but figured since I'm feeling goood I'd just go and do an drunk post instead to even the edges as it were so then here it is! Hey how's it going with all you few, maybe dozen or less or so people who still pay heed to my silent inactive self? I've been doing great! Freshly-minted wizard here as of a few weeks ago, and I got to climb a mountain for my troubles. Camelback, 1,280 feet, double diamond deifficult
Alright guys, just a bit of news!
I had some family things to take care of, nothing bad, just took up a lot of time. Anyway, it delayed my writing on the next chapter, but I am happy to say we are halfway there now.
The chapter is over 4.000 words long now, which means when it releases, the story will be over 90.000 words long, and well on its way to be my first story that passes 100.000 words!
so yes, just wanted to keep you guys in the loop! Happy Monday!
Heyo, fellow bronies and pegasisters!
Just wanted to give you guys a quick update on the next chapter. Chapter 7 is finished, but it still needs some editing. I have been busy moving house, so it was delayed a bit, and SoloBrony has some stuff to do too. Sadly it happens when you live on each side of the globe, you cannot always get schedules to line up perfectly.
Hey everyone, long time no see huh?
Sorry for the radio silence, I recently transitioned out of my 90 days probation at work so I’m having a lot more work and responsibility to deal with on the day to day. So the next chapter is still slow going.
So I know how this looks, but I swear I will release my new story at some point this year. Things have just been out of my control and I am very sorry.
For now, I recommend reading Reverberations of the Heart by Unamusedwaffle. His story is incredible and I think everyone should read it :)
Hi. Some of you might be wondering where the new chapters I promised are. Truth be told, it's been rougher that I thought. I've been distracted with adjusting to my new job, plus dealing with a recent injury. I'll see what I can do. But for now, I think that it's best that I stop giving myself these hard deadlines. I'll try to get all of them up by the end of the month, but no promises.
I'm trying to get the next chapter of Lost Reflections finished sometime soon.
It's just that I've also been hoping to get started on a Webcomic.
I figure it's my quickest option (And the most accessible while we're still in lockdown) to get into the art industry.
Lately, I've been suffering a bit of anxiety. Sort of a quarter-life crisis.
This year I'll be twenty-five.
Good news, I am still recovering from my injuries. Tentatively I will be released from the hospital next Wednesday to home health care (we hope) and will be able to continue recovery there. We will see what the morrow brings.
Bad news, I have used up all my backlog of chapters and am now at the pivitol arch of the story, requiring time to put all the subplots together. The next several chapters are all intertwined, and likely need to be written together.
So of course, right when I only have two more chapters to go on "Grief," we hit this point...
So back around the start of this month, I made mention of how my financial situation was starting to become...problematic. I now come to announce that it has unfortunately not been improving a great deal, and I have reached the point that I have decided I cannot presently afford where I am currently living.
.....is to always be 100% honest with their followers. And the truth is, I got struck with a heavy fit of depression that crippled me for the most part during the last five days. That is why the final chapter of "Aegis" still isn't there and why there wasn't the promised writing report yesterday.
The project I've been working on is enormous, to put it mildly. All the other work I've posted on Fimfiction so far pales in comparison in terms of how much time and effort this will take! But it will absolutely be worth it.
Fortunately, I'm highly motivated by how awesome things are coming along.
Well, I've been thinking about this, and I wanted to share my thoughts:
'The night of the outcasts' is easily my most well-received story on this site, also, I did another shipfic between AB and Spike a long time ago, that was my first story ever, and I can't say that no one liked it, but my horrible grammar and orthography made the dislike meter go high.
