It had been a long day of saving the world, and the usually perky pony wanted nothing more than to collapse into bed.
Unfortunately, somepony's waiting at Sugarcube Corner.
She just arrived. Her name is Missy. She's only nine weeks old, and she's very small and very adorable. And there are now several pink dog things (and several not-pink things) in the house just for her.
Hey everyone. Today is a very sad day for me today, and yet also an eye opening one.
When I woke up this morning, I thought it was just going to be another day. I opened up my facebook feed to find out that an old classmate of mine- whom I wasn't close to but was very kind to me- had recently had a severe fall, and was in a coma, and her family took her off of life support today. And she left behind a three month old baby girl.
I can't believe it's September already. And even still it's at the end of it and almost October, this is crazy! It just seems like yesterday that it was June! But golly, that's crazy isn't it? I mean, the holidays are just around the corner and we got the best day coming up in the whole year... HALLOWEEN! 
(Don't mind me tagging Pony-Me with this blog, 'cause it's most relevant to that.)

Yes, my interest in MLP has only been getting smaller for quite a while now. I'm mainly still here because I like reading fan works more than watching the show, and also because I just like the community in general.
Though the stories aren't tagged as such, everything is currently under unofficial hiatus.
Hey everyone! It's been a fucking while!
No I'm not dead. Jeez, I wish I was one of these authors who receive tons of messages when then don't give any news. But I'm not. Feels bad.
Basically, I just had a few busy weeks, filled with exams, visiting family members and working on my costume designs.
Now that I'm on holidays, I should have more time to write. I'll start working on the next chapter tomorrow, so you may have it just before Christmas ^^
it's weird that our name is 'darf' here. it's not that anywhere else. mostly we would think of it as "Q.E.D.", and then when no one cared what that was or ego-checked us over wearing the hat, we'd admit we're just a crazy ptsd-survivor with multiple voices in our head. that's not a very careful distinction. anyhoo.
we feel like writing but don't know that we can condense our thoughts creatively into a story. so here is some stuff that has been on our mind recently.
Chapter 4 is out. Next chapter is being polished and goes up Sunday. Currently wrestling with Chapter 6. Still need to write a new Chapter 7. Busy, busy, busy. It's so nice to have something to stimulate my bored housewife brain.

Well, I said I'd put out something new today, so here's a short little tale about the internal struggles of a certain cotton candy mare, and the help of a friend who teaches her a new way to look at herself.

To finish out my look back on season five, I talk about some of my personal favorite moments from the 100th ep, Slice of Life.
Judging by the lack of reports on a miraculous wave of healing energy sweeping across the world from the International Date Line, the new year won't automatically make everything better. But being better than 2020 isn't just a low bar to clear, it's an archeological dig to even find the bar. We sure as hell didn't see this year coming, but let's do what we can to make next year that much better. Here's to what may come.
Thus we rise once more, stand to the sound of the becoking call of the unknown we cannot but fear and revear equally, the fuel which propells us into vast stretches of never before experienced moments. The roads trails ever forwards, and who are we to deny its lustre?
