She just arrived. Her name is Missy. She's only nine weeks old, and she's very small and very adorable. And there are now several pink dog things (and several not-pink things) in the house just for her.
In other news, I just wanted to say that I'm basically certain that I won't be updating A Tale of Two Suns this month. I know many of you will be sad about that. But between the tremendous shock and grief of losing Percy, Thanksgiving, Christmas, the new dog coming in, and a new laptop which will be coming this month (and all the work involved in setting it up and switching stuff over), I've been, and will continue to be, rather preoccupied, so I won't be able to write out and publish a chapter this month. I haven't really gotten any work done on chapter 15 anyway, not since my last blog post.
That's all I wanted to say. Hope everyone is having a good day.
It's perfectly fine and understandable. You just take care of you.
I'm a cat person myself, but I do love a good puppy every now and then.
