No more, and it would take quite a bit of effort to create any degree of 'less'.

While this story is tagged as a sequel, it's just following up on her previous appearance there: no knowledge of that piece is required.

It's only been a few moons since Spike moved to Ponyville, and the settled zone hasn't quite gotten used to having a dragon around, any more than his sister has become accustomed to managing all the duties of a small town library. So while she sorts out late fee notices, he's expected to work the front desk and speak to patrons. Ponies who don't know how to talk to him. Ponies who seem to be having a hard time even looking at him. So when Twilight finally sends him to collect a book from a truly unresponsive patron, it's almost a relief.

Except that the pony isn't there. Will never be there again.

And just about nopony seems to care if she was ever there at all.

On the verge of giving up for the first time ever, her friends show up to see if they can help, but will they be enough or will this be the first boss she's had to accept defeat from?

Autumn Blaze never found the cure for the Stream of Silence.

Third place winner at the Iron Author Speedwriting Contest at Everfree Northwest 2022. Contestants must write a full pony story within 2 hours, based on a surprise prompt. This is my story as written for the contest, with minor edits. Additional edits may be made once I have received feedback from the judges.

Remembering how she was able to see the past with the potion that Zecora made for her during the vine incident, Twilight decides to make her own to try it out again while also experimenting to see if she can make potions see into the present and future as well.

The results were...interesting.
