But no matter what I did, I never would have been prepared for what she told me. My marefriend... Twilight told me she was getting married in a couple months.

And it's not to me.

Luna is bored. Very bored. Her evil sister has banished her to the moon again for no particular reason. In Sweetie Belle's dreams, she saw the filly doing some form of shuffle across the floor called the 'sweetiescoot'. Luna was going to do that now. But if she called it Lunascoot, it would be copyrighting, so she would have to settle for Scootluna.

A scheme to send love via the Equestrian Express by the triplets Derpy Hooves, Ditzy Do and Bright Eyes results in four ponies getting shipped to the same wrong address. Only one of them gets shipped to the wrong address on purpose.

In the headcanon for this story, Derpy, Ditzy and Bright are triplets.

Author's note: I didn't think this would be good enough to submit to the TwiDash competition... but after some cogitating, editing and minor rewriting, I think it's ready. And now that the contest is over, time for the rewrite and re-imagining. At some point.

Twilight gathers the girls for an Easter egg hunt, promising that whoever gathers the most eggs wins a prize. What the girls don't know, is that the winner was pre-determined, and the prize is for Twilight herself just as much as it is for the pony who would win the competition.

Twilight has been locked up in her library for weeks. The tree is in a state of disrepair and no word has been heard from either Twilight or Spike. Her friends are worried sick and Twilight's refusal to come outside have only left them curious to why she remains in her antisocial state. What's wrong with Twilight?

What do you do if you like someone? You tell them and hope for the best. What if they like someone else? Well, then I am sorry but this is just not going to end well at all.

After getting stressed with work, Shining Armor finally snaps! He decides to just end it all by jumping off the castle roof. Twilight is called by Cadance to see if she can help, but when she fails to do so she asks for Pinkie's help. Twilight then regrets her decision to let her talk him out of jumping after she sees her method.

Based off a comic I saw many months ago.

Rainbow Dash, quite possibly the coolest pony in Equestria, inexplicably falls for Twilight sparkle, quite possibly the nerdiest pony in Equestria. Out of curiousity and Rainbow's pleading, the librarian decides to give her two weeks to see what might happen. Both ponies will have to confront their insecurities if they hope to be a couple for very long.

After more than a year, this albatross has landed with the help of Cookie Monstar, Key Tapper, and Shadowsreached. This thing is FINALLY finished! What started as an experiment on writing a relationship changed dramatically. I can't tell you if it's better or worse though. That's for you to decide. Either way, I'm glad it's finally complete and I deeply apologize for taking so long to get it done.

Twilight left for an official trip with Princess Celestia, leaving Rainbow Dash at home, utterly heartbroken. She said she would be gone for a full month, and all that she left for her pegasus was a magical stone, tied to the end of short, golden chain. It is an amethyst pendant, created specifically for her use, and its spell can only be used when the time is right.
