It's time once again for Nightmare Night and the citizens of Ponyville are ready for another night of candy, costumes, ghost stories, and more. After Twilight Sparkle taught her the true meaning of Nightmare Night one year prior, Princess Luna takes the day off from her royal duties and joins in the festivities. But when Ponyville suddenly comes under attack by a mysterious force, Luna is discovered missing in the aftermath. What's more, this force is being commanded by a malicious creature wielding a terrible power that the ponies have actually heard of, but know nothing about.

Once again, Twilight and her friends must take up the Elements of Harmony in defense of everything they hold dear, but if Equestria is to have any real hope of surviving against this force, the ponies must first unravel the mysteries of the power that threatens them.

-some clarification: the “Lords” in the title is figurative.
-Act 1 - A Tale of Two Sisters. Word count: 72k
-Act 2 - Shadow of Malice. Word count: 102k.
-Takes place mid season 3, before Keep Calm and Flutter On.
-This story assumes there's a one-year time frame for each season of the TV show, give or take a couple months here and there.

This story is a sequel to Take To The Sky (A SoarinDash One-shot)

Spitfire is sitting in her room bored, she believes she has nothing to do. After deciding to let the team to take time off after practice, the captain can be seen banging her head gently on her desk with the feeling of boredom overwhelming her. After sitting at her desk for several minutes, she decides to write a song for Soarin and Rainbow Dash; the new wonderbolt couple on the team.

To find inspiration, she decides to head down to the pool for a nice swim. She brings along the other members while Soarin and Dash spent some time together.

What did she name the song she wrote? Who will sing the song for her? After all, Spitfire's singing voice isn't at all that good.

The World of Equestria is a world of balance and harmony. When Discord was released, the balance was disrupted. Even though the Spirit of Chaos was eventually settled, the equilibrium had already shifted. Now, Twilight and her friends will see what form the balancing act will take, and what it will mean for their beloved Equestria.

A sequel to Three from the Forest. It is not required to read the prequel to understand the events of Harmony Undone: The Rise of Order.

Currently, this story is undergoing a remastering. By that, I mean the story is getting a facelift to include better showing/less telly language, grammar problems, and other minor fixes to accommodate my new (and I'd like to think better) writing style.
