After the Friendship Games and Twilight Sparkle's subsequent transfer to Canterlot High, Twilight's life is turning for the better. However, a chance meeting in her favorite coffee shop will allow her to not only reach some closure with her past but make a new friend, as well.

After the events of the Friendship Games, Twilight Sparkle decided to leave Crystal Prep to attend Canterlot High School. As she finishes packing up her things, she runs into five Shadowbolts that competed in the games with her. They decided to give her a few words before she leaves.

After the events of the Friendship Games, Dean Mi Amore Cadenza and Alumnus Shining Armor's eyes are opened to the truth about Crystal Prep's principal, Cinch. In light of what Cinch did to pressure their precious Twilight Sparkle into becoming a magical she-demon, Cadence and Shining Armor finally decide that enough is enough, and together, they make the hardest decision that they've ever made in their life.

They quit.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: This fic contains spoilers for Equestria Girls: Friendship Games. If you have not seen the movie before, then you have the option of watching it before you read this fic. This is a fic about what I think should happen after the Games are over and how Cinch should pay for her misdeeds and manipulation over her students and faculty.

Princess Cadence is a foalsitter who, being in rich, hoity-toity Canterlot, has to put up with spoiled brat after spoiled brat.

Twilight Sparkle is a terrifying filly who drives away sitter after sitter.

They were bound to find each other.

In this alternate timeline, Tirek has been successful in his attempts to take over Equestria. The princesses, Discord, and the former element bearers along with Spike and Shining Armor are locked in Tartarus. Equestria is now controlled by a tyrant and resistance has proven futile.

But Tirek has made one crucial mistake, he has left Discord alive. While Tirek’s rule begins to turn Equestria into a nightmarish dystopia, Discord is making plans. The seals of Tartarus are slowly breaking around Discord and when he’s free he plans on fighting Tirek with every dirty trick he can muster, whether it involves psychologically tormenting Tirek or giving Equestria’s now magicless pony’s weapons from worlds unknown. Tirek has crossed a line and Discord no longer has to worry about his conscience when it comes to fighting another monster.

Battle lines are being drawn and opportunists from around the land flock to Tirek’s banner. Discord and the remnants of the Equestrian military are the only hope of a broken world. There are no elements, no easy paths to victory this time. A ruthless battle of immortals is coming, and the ponies of Equestria are going to have to fight for the happiness they once took for granted….

The mane six are not the heros this time, the heros are a special group of Elite Guards. Those guards are equipped with the latest technology of modern armory, they have the best training and know tactics that are unknown to the normal Royal Guards.

And when SPAT gets the core, there is no other option. Experience the true meaning of law enforcement and defeating criminals.

This is a S.W.A.T 4 / MLP:FiM crossover. I decided to write this because I enjoyed the game so much and then this story idea came in my mind. And when I read a good fimfiction, sometimes I think 'Hey, this would be a better idea! [Insert helpless pony character here] should be rescued by a SWAT team!'

Each of her new friends find themselves offering her an extra bed, and as time passes, she finds herself getting to know them better. All the while, she reflects on her life and what led her to coming to the human world, and finds herself wondering where she'll go from there.
