Lily is Bambi's daughter and is very proper and kind. Her friend Needles, Thumper's son, is a rebel and has enough curiosity to kill a dozen cats. When they find a new discovery, it flips their world upside down.

When Trixie meets Sweetie Belle on the side of the road, after a conversation, she agrees to take her on as a apprentice. After long training and a little help from Zecora, Sweetie Belle is a big hit. The audience loves her. Even Princess Celestia and Princess Luna come to see the amazing filly. Trixie is not too happy about the little filly's success, though.

Ever since the events of 'Magic Duel', Trixie has been plagued with residual effects of the Alicorn Amulet and decided to live a life of seclusion to protect everypony from her inner monster. One night however, she is visited by the demon, Shadow, who gives her the knowledge of two paths that could lead to her salvation. Armed with this knowledge, Trixie begins her quest of final redemption for her past mistakes.

This is a romance/comedy starring the Great and Adorable Trixie.

Although it's partly a shipping story (with Comet Tail), it's mostly just Trixie being d'awwsome.

My alternative headcanon for Derpy - perhaps she's not "a few sandwiches short of a picnic" like we all thought! There's not much actual fear in the story. And no loathing at all. Misleading title — sorry.
