Hearths Warming Eve. A time of celebration. A time for family and joy. It is at this time that Ponies get together and celebrate the union between their races and the formation of Equestria. But aside from all of this, it is also a time for presents, and two roommates are having quite the difficult time acquiring gifts for one another this year. But while they struggle on this cliché problem of the holiday season, the two ponies are oblivious to what this years Hearths Warming eve has in store for them.

Diamond dogs are primarily carnivorous, which is probably a problem when they try to open diplomatic relations with Equestria. But Twilight is willing to give them a chance. Unfortunately when the living, breathing pig arrive in Ponyville on the eve of the banquet for the King of Diamondia, his first stop is Fluttershy's cottage.

Surely things can't get any worse?

Being defeated by a pony was the last straw for the local Diamond Dog pack. Now Rover, Fido and Spot have been exiled from their home by their chief and father Biscuit. Now the trio must travel across a land that despises them in search of a new pack that will accept them. Will they be able to work together well enough to over come their faults? Or will the Equestrian Wildlife Rangers force them into a terrible reservation?

This story is a sequel to Ace Combat: The Changeling War

During the war with the Changelings, the Crystal Empire, with the help of Equestria hires a mercenary air group led by Sunset Shimmer to launch clandestine bombing missions from their base at the Griffon Empire's largest air base to within the Changeling Kingdom. Something the exiled Crystal Empire is unable to do during the war, and something their ally Equestria can't do. The group dubbed themselves "Wolfpack". The risks are great, but the reward is handsome.
Flush with success from that war, the group continues on, providing their services to any country that needs their help.

This is a short sequel to my Ace Combat: The Changeling War fanfic. To get the full story you'll have to read the last 2 bonus chapters of that fanfic. This time the Ace Combat references will be lighter, and some Area 88 ones will be thrown in.

A story about nobody in particular, about a simple walk in the night through the snow, that can still happen to hold a little magic under the moon and cold. Just another warm event during a night in the cold.

Personally, I would recommend turning on some soft and wintry music for the desired effect while reading.

Inspired by This Video, which is something that, isn't exactly amazing, isn't exactly grand, but it really touches me somewhere, and has become one of my favorite...things ever, kind of like my happy place. I hope you all enjoy the story, because while it may not be long, it has some passion behind it, and I hope that shines through.

This story is a sequel to Spike's Pet

Exiled Diamond Dogs (Rover, Fido, and Spot) discover and try to steal the Elements from the Tree of Harmony so they can return to the Kingdom of Dimondia. That is, unless a certain draconequus has anything to do with it.

Note: You should also be able to follow this story well even if you've only read "Tirek's Shadow."

Grogar has a plan. To use a spell to zap all possible threats into his lair in order to eliminate them. The mane 6, Princess Cadence, Princess Flurry Heart, Starlight, the CMCs, Daring Do, the Wonderbolt mares, Mage Meadowbrook, Somnambula, and Mistmane are sent down. However, Grogar has made a grave mistake. Only mares were brought due to Grogar believing that the mares of Equestria pose a worse threat than any stallion that could be out there.

But he has underestimated the lengths that stallions will go to in order to protect the ones they love-er-are friends with. Yeah, that's what happens, no one has crushes, just friends here, nothing else!

Oh who am I kidding, whatever, the others are gonna find out in the story about each other's crushes.

Anyway, when the stallions find out, they are sent on the mission by Princess Celestia and Princess Luna to rescue the mares. But will they be halted by Grogar's 'minions'? Or will the unexpected happen?

Disclaimer: This is viewed as an alternate universe because Grogar and Discord are separate beings in this story.

Rover the Diamond Dog has been pack leader for years now, protecting the Diamond Dogs near Ponyville from all manner of threats. He’s made mistakes, such as the time he thought it would be a good idea to kidnap a unicorn to help find gems. But those mistakes don’t change his responsibilities—their pack has a sacred charge, one he will see fulfilled no matter what.
