Nightmare Moon was victorious, and Equestria now belongs to her. Her rule is absolute. Those that question her face severe consequences. Those that don't have adjusted to the new regime.

However, despite her power and authority, Nightmare Moon is not infallible. No matter how determined one might be, ruling a nation is hard. Sometimes, she just needs to lie down and breathe. Some cuddles would be nice, too.

Mayor Mare has been living in Ponyville for quite some time. Not as long as she'd have you believe, mind you, but a long time all the same. During this period, she had dreams and aspirations, and as far as she's concerned, she accomplished each and every one. But what do you do when you've already achieved all of your goals?

Well, she was pretty lonely. And although she obtained the exact career path she wanted for many moons, she had much less luck with the stallions in her life.

She never would have imagined that the solution would come in the form of a human, or what that solution would eventually lead to. The result is quite unorthodox.

Peter, a human, gets lost in the forest and meets the kirins. One is particularly chatty, so they end up chatting... a lot (I mean, look at the word count) and then they snuggle.

There might also be petting, and non consensual hugs.

Gleaming Shield and Anon have been friends for a few years now, ever since the portal opened between worlds and humans have started immigrating to Equestria. Exchange programs and military co-ed training brought them together, and a friendship quickly blossomed between them.

Their relationship has always been more platonic than anything else, but they've also never been too physical with each other either. When Anon brings this up... Gleaming decides to rectify it on the spot.
