With the time she has left, Rainbow Dash seeks what is truly important in life before moving on.

It has been 5 years since Rainbow Dash joined the Wonderbolts. and she couldn't be happier. But if this is true, then why is she haunted by the same nightmare every night? And what is it about the strange lavender unicorn that distracts her so?

Losing the defining thing that makes you who you are would be hard for anypony. Where do you go from there? How do you cope? How do your friends? How hard is it to start from scratch? Rainbow Dash never had to worry about these things. Not until the worst storm in Equestrian history. Now she has to cling to that which she still has, and discover for herself that there is much more out there to live for than she originally believed.

Luna is off in search of a falling star so that her wish of ponies enjoying her beautiful night would come true. However, she never could have imagined the feelings of friendship felt after meeting Rainbow Dash and how the pegasus pony might change her forever.

An accident happens when Rainbow Dash tries to do something different to her famous 'Sonic Rainboom'. She sustains a somewhat serious injury, that heals relatively quickly, but that does not stop her from getting to be with the one pony she loves. Not only does Rainbow find love, but so does all of her close friends.

Rainbow Dash finally did it! A sonic rainboom on command! Except she also managed to break every window in Applejack's farmhouse in the process. Now she has to pay for each one, and with her wages from managing the weather not nearly enough to cover the damage, she has to work on Applejack's farm for two whole weeks!
Talk about cruel and unusual punishment. Still, maybe it wouldn't be all bad. At least she would get to hang out with her friend AJ right? Wrong.
