Princess Celestia, Guardian and Ruler of Equestria has many secrets. Not that she intentionally hides them. Some things just don't come up in conversation. But there are other things that must never be known by anypony. Only a select few may know Equestria's True Past. Among those are Princess Twilight Sparkle, still adjusting to her new life as a Princess and having a thirst for knowledge that surprises even her former teacher. But how will Twilight react when she learns the truth?

It's common knowledge that Discord conquered Ponyville and cast his unique brand of magic over the residents. After his defeat, Twilight and Celestia set up counseling services for the ponies who remembered what it was like to be under his control. For Cheerilee, it may not be enough.

The love of your life, the pony you loved most in this world, is gone. Through tears and screams your world comes crashing down on top of you as you hold your love. Your worst fear has come true, and what's worse, is you did it to her.

Pinkie Pie passes on, leaving behind her secret journal. Twilight and her friends decide to read it to calm their mourning. They find it full of memories of her life, and memories with her friends, and also secrets never meant to be seen.

Night after night, she sat at her desk, inscribing her tears and feelings into letters that would never reach the one for whom they were created. The hearth fire would take her secrets once more tonight, turning them to the wind to be carried off in a hazy smoke that tinted the air with its sorrowful scent.

Okay, I know this is a weird request, but because of weird coding, I'd like to request that you all read this in the "Light" setting for page color. It's up to you of course, but the coding is going to look pretty dang weird to you if you don't.

So, this was a writing challenge done in the hopes of getting my writer's block kicked to the curb. Character tags are off to avoid spoilers.... They will be added tomorrow since by then, well, the comments will no doubt have turned it into a late-arrival spoiler anyway.
(The challenge, BTW was "So, do Dilemma again, but this time, with FEEEEEEELSSS." So, if you have an issue with "feels" go take it up with my sister.)

Who is Discord? We all know him as a sinister embodiment of chaos and disharmony, but what was he before that?

This is the journal he kept over the many years of his life, in which we will find a story not many know. Perhaps, in the end, Discord is not the bad guy after all.

Everyone always says that life is your most precious gift. But what if you're life really was a gift? What if the only reason your alive is because the love of your life traded her life for your's? This is the question that Fluttershy now faces, as Rainbow Dash lies broken and unmoving. All Fluttershy ever wanted was to tell Rainbow Dash that she loved her, but now because of her Rainbow Dash is in a coma barely clinging to her life. This is a story of harsh twists and turns, of hope and fear, and the decisions that make us who we are, and determine who we're going to be.

Luna has been plagued by nightmares since she was very young, her parents and sister are concerned when no known spell shows any sign of helping the poor filly. Suddenly however, her nightmares seem to vanish and she seems a lot more cheerful. She tells them that her new friend is keeping the nightmares at bay and teaching her new things, but they simply believe that it’s a simple imaginary friend.

But he is very much real in her dreams.

Whenever Luna falls asleep, she wakes up in her dream world where her friend, Crescent, teaches her the ancient ability of protecting the dreams of children as well as a race that has nearly been forgotten.

For his time in this world is coming to an end and Luna, his ‘Little Moon’, is to become the new guardian of dreams.

After the attempted invasion of Canterlot failed, the Changelings were ejected out of the city and flung out in all directions. Scattered and isolated, a new feeling came over them, freedom. They were free, for the first time in their lives they were not bound by the control of their Queen. With this revelation, the Changelings seek their bretherin out, and head toward civilization.
Their one goal now, simply to live. The one thing they have been denied all their lives, and their first chance to ever experience it, and it is nothing like what they dreamed of. For ponies are reluctant to accept them at first, and angered when they find out about the invasion. Though it was not their fault, what can they do to break this stigma and live their own lives?

Scootaloo is a young Pegasus Filly, who comes from a broken home where her mother abused her mentally, physically and emotionally. Set shortly after the events of Sleepless in Ponyville, Rainbow Dash finds that her little friend is being abused. She intends to stop the abuse, her friends arrive at the house to stop it. And after that fateful night Scootaloo's life changes forever.
