Captain Spitfire, a name that would go down in the history books of Equestria as one of the Wonderbolts' greatest leaders.

But the years have not been especially kind to her. It's been some time since she took up the title as Captain, and that age is beginning to show. For as much as she wants everything to stay the same, she knows it's not possible. Her time has passed, and another's has come to take up her mantle.

She knows exactly who to pick though, and she rests assured in the knowledge her successor will be just as great, if not greater, than her.

Inspired by the movie Beyond the Infinite Two Minutes (you can completely read the fic if you haven't seen it)

This movie won't leave my mind, and I thought its concept would work well as an OS. I thought about submitting it for the Sci-Fi contest, but I'm not sure most people would even consider it Science-Fiction.

Fourteen years after the Terrible Trio's attack, the windigos are dying. There is not enough strife and hate to sustain them.

One windigo approaches Princess Twilight for help.

Twilight and Cadance create a plan to help them. For the plan to work, they need the support of everycreature.

After Daring Do and Lyra team up and trek across the world to a remote cave looking for traces of a lost civilization, they find themselves confronted with a room containing a single door... and the guardian keeping it closed.

Rainbow Dash is extremely worried about her little sister, and things soon grow form bad to worse when Goldie Delicious arrives in Ponyville to inform the ponies that Scootaloo has been taken by a creature known as Slendermane. Desperately wanting to save her sister, Rainbow Dash makes it her mission to confront Slendermane and get Scootaloo back. But could it be that it's already too late to save her?

But in those ashes she finds something unexpected: a small porcelain vase, and with it a decade's worth of unspoken questions. A mystery hiding beneath her hooves, waiting to be put to rest.

Twilight really should be more careful when spellcasting as a miscast spell results in her being turned into a big living plush of herself. Now all she has to do is track down Rarity. How hard could that be?

Twilight Sparkle is no stranger to death. As an alicorn, one of the immortal rulers and protectors of Equestria, she's seen many dear friends come and go over the countless years. But through it all, there was one confidant she could always find solace in: Spike, her faithful dragon assistant and adoptive little brother.

Alas, not even dragons, long-lived as they are, can endure forever. Now, with mere hours remaining before Spike leaves this world for the next, the time has come for Twilight to bid farewell to the first and last of her very best friends.
