Smarty Pants comes home after school after being chased home by a group of bullies throwing stones at her, and heads straight to her bedroom to sulk alone. She attempts to take her mind off of things by doodling random pictures, one of a doll she names Twilight.

In an attempt to leave her reality for a short while, she decides to make one of her own.

Flash has a close encounter with who he assumes is the Twilight he already knows. But this one is a little bit different than the princess of friendship.

She's become a prime target for a small pack of bullies, jealous that she has become Celestia's personal apprentice. However, the bullies have gotten a new target now- Shining Armor. When it starts to get more physical, he's become accustomed to even having to use magic to put up with it. As he arrives home one day injured from the barrage, help comes from an unexpected direction.

Diamond Tiara is a bully.

Everypony knows it. Not much you can do, however. The richest filly in town attends a one-room schoolhouse--the only one in Ponyville. Filthy Rich, father of Diamond, is one of the only things keeping the town going. Doing anything to his daughter would greatly decrease the funds coming in to Mayor Mare.

That doesn't stop anypony from hating her.

But who could blame them? Teasing the younger foals until they cry, giving everypony a hard time, and prodding the fillies and colts to find a soft spot, and using their weaknesses just for her own power.

That is Diamond Tiara.

It won't be her very much longer.
