This story is a sequel to Flash Sentry Chronicles: The Movie

The Storm King is beaten, Equestria saved and the world our ponies know of has expanded. With the Friendship Map growing more complex, Twilight has realized the Magic of Friendship can't be protected by her and a handful of friends. To help spread the Magic of Friendship, she decides to open a school, and invites creatures of all different shapes and sizes. Changelings, Dragons, Griffons, Hippogriffs and Yaks are only the first few creatures that'll be attending with the ponies of Equestria.

But Twilight and her friends will soon discover that learning about friendship and teaching it are two very different adventures. And when a force of arrogance threatens to close the school unless if conforms to their way of teaching, Twilight's dream will soon be put into serious jeopardy.

But friendship is the last thing on the minds of those looking to take what they believe is Equestria's greatest magic for themselves. Defeated and on the run while constantly being hunted by an evil force, Twilight, Flash and their friends must work together to find a way to save their home. Along the way, they'll meet new friends, new enemies and have their friendships put to the test. And if they want to save their home, it's a test they'll have to pass.

With Malafear and Chrysalis hopefully dealt with for good, Flash and his friends now return to their peaceful lives. But life is rarely so peaceful, as our heroes are about to find out. With an unknown danger in a far off land, crazy circumstances at their doorstep and other insanities just waiting to occur, the ponies better relax while they can.

Flash Sentry and Applejack have been together for months and are ready to reveal their relationship to Applejack's family on during their Thanksgiving get-together. Flash feels nervous feel he's about to be hunted down if he screws up, but Applejack promise he'll be find and they'll also going to tell the tale of how they became a couple.

During Winter Break, Twilight is partnered up with Flash Sentry on a history project that isn't due until winter break is however. However, being the studious student she is, Twilight decides to get an early jump on the assignment and heads over to Flash's house so they can work on it. Unfortunatly for her, she arrives during the coldest day and when Flash's AC is busted.

When Flash tries to invite the Rainbooms to a concert they all desperately wanted to see, he’s given the cold shoulder and decides to take the CPA Shadowbolts instead, much to the Rainbooms’ dismay.

Now he finds himself in a war of possession with the Rainbooms and the Shadowbolts

It can't be denied that Flash Sentry hasn't exactly had the most successful love life. True, he's been thought of fondly by those he's been with, but he's never quite managed to make anything stick. Enter Pinkie Pie, self-proclaimed "helper of all", who sees this most eligible of CHS' bachelors, and decides it might be worth lending a hand.
