Canterlot High was beaming as always, on another school day, a month into the new year. However today was filled with anticipation and admiration as a beloved idol was coming to town and every girl in Canterlot High wanted to go, but the sad truth was that tickets ran dry months ago, leaving a lot of fans in the region a little down since they’ll have to watch her via tv, a day after the concerts.
And just as disappointed as the others in the town, the Rainbooms were all feeling a little down.
“This stinks! Why can’t we find tickets anywhere?” Rainbow Dash groaned as she slams her head into her arms on the table, annoyed that they of all people didn’t have tickets for the big event.
“Yeah I feel ya Dash, I can’t believe they ran dry in just a few days!” Applejack complained.
“And you what’s even worse, is that it’s not just people from around here, a lot of them came from the outer regions, just to see her again” Rarity responded while also doing her nails.
“Well, might as well face it, there’s no chance, we’ll see Countess Coloratura” Twilight or as everyone now calls her SciTwi, due to her infatuation with science. The others all agreed, and groaned at the prospect.
But walking up to them was fellow student and guitar player, Flash Sentry, “hey girls” he waved to get their attention, but noticed their unhappy expressions, “is everything alright? What’s got you all down?” He asked.
Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes, “well smart guy, in case you haven’t noticed, none of us have tickets to go see Countess Coloratura, and everyone has been hyping this as being greater than all other performances in town!” She complained.
“Oh, well, I might have something to cheer you’d guys.....” Flash tried to tell them something important, however.....
“You really think that doing a song on your guitar is gonna somehow make things better?!” Applejack asked in annoyance.
Flash became confused, he didn’t even have his guitar on hand, “what? I wasn’t gonna do that” he responded defensively.
“Yeah sure” Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes.
“You are aware, that....” Flash tried to speak again, but this time he was interrupted by SciTwi.
“Look we appreciate the thought, but music is not gonna solve every problem” she remarked and adjusting her glasses.
Flash was confused, he was trying to be nice and tell them something, but then his ex-girlfriend Sunset Shimmer soon stood up.
“I think it’s best you just left us alone Flash” she spoke bluntly and giving him a look he was very familiar with many months ago, she soon then sat back down.
However Flash soon was now annoyed and hurt, after tensing his fists and all holding back his emotions, he simply sighed and walked away, “whatever....”
As Flash walked away, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and Fluttershy thought, the others may have been a bit too harsh on Flash.
“Don’t you girls think you maybe were a bit too judgemental” Fluttershy asked, in her standard tone.
“It did seem like he wanted to tell us something important” Rarity pointed out.
Applejack soon scoffed, “he probably was gonna ask something about music, like he always does” she spoke while also eating a red apple.
“And you have to admit, it is the only thing he would talk about with us” SciTwi pointed out.
However Pinkie Pie looked at Rarity and Fluttershy, the three knew they all think this was a bit much, even though they’re all upset about the ticket situation, they felt the others treatment of Flash was not needed. Eventually Rarity soon saw Flash on the phone to someone before looking back to Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie, part of them felt that this was gonna bite them in the backside.

One Week Later -
Following the events of the concert, emotions for the Rainbooms were pretty down, especially hearing about how it was a phenomenal experience.
Arriving at school again was the Rainbooms, who all watched the event on Tv and forever more wished to attend. Even after week, it was still talked about on media and communication.
“Can’t believe it’s still being talked about” Sunset Shimmer pointed out, meeting her friends watching the other students glow and praise the event.
“More of a reason to wish we could’ve seen it” Rainbow Dash responded, while punting her soccer ball.
However Pinkie Pie was scrolling through her feed on her phone and found something very alarming.
“WHAT, WHAT?! WHHAAAAATT?!” Pinkie Pie exclaimed, gaining the others attention.
“What’s going on, Pinkie Pie?” SciTwi asked.
Pinkie Pie took a breath and began, “well........ you know how we all wanted to go see Countess Coloratura?” She asked and the others nodded and agreed, “and you know how Flash wanted to talk to us, but we sent his away before he could tell us?”
This was confusing to the group, and Applejack soon spoke, “what the hay does Flash have to do with this” she asked folding her arms and scoffing.
“Well...... just look” Pinkie Pie showed everyone what was on her phone, and it was to their shock of what’s on her phone.
On Pinkie’s newsfeed, a post made a friend from another school, saying ‘what an absolute hectic few days!!! Thank you for taking us Flash!!!’ And below it showed a photo of Flash in the company of........ Indigo Zap, Sugarcoat, Sour Sweet, Sunny Flare and the poster of the photo, Lemon Zest.
The Rainbooms were shocked, Flash was able to attend the Countess Coloratura event and more so he was hanging out with the Crystal Prep Shadowbolts but it even made more questions rise.
“How did any of the Shadowbolts get tickets, Sunny Flare and Sour Sweet both said that their whole group didn’t have tickets to go see it!” Rarity pointed out.
“Yeah! Indigo said that to me! What gives?!” Rainbow asked in fury.
“Well it’s highly possible that cause of the Crystal Prep Status, they could’ve gotten tickets” SciTwi pointed out.
However Fluttershy had a different view, “um.... what if Flash got tickets for them?” She asked.
“You think Flash, of all people could have gotten more than one ticket for the biggest event of the year? Please be real Fluttershy” Rainbow Dash responded.
“And how would you know?” Rarity asked, “that being said it does sound a bit far fetched” she soon turned to Sunset, “you still have your geo on you?” Sunset soon pulled out her magic geo to read people’s past recent memories, “why don’t we see how he got them” she recommend and the others agreed.
Despite knowing this was kinda wrong to do, Sunset also wanted to find out what’s what.
