We all know of how Princess Luna fell victim to Nightmare Moon's influence. We all know of how she returned and how she was saved by the powers of the Elements of Harmony, and how her sister Celestia was overjoyed that after a thousand years her sister had finally returned to her. The question is though, why did Celestia allow her beloved sister to be forgotten by her subjects?

This is the version of the story where that never happened. This is the story where in her grief, Celestia never let her ponies forget the princess they drove to darkness with their and her own neglect. Where she made sure that everypony remembered the day that they lost their guardian of the night. How would the story have panned out with this setup?

(This story is actually inspired by the story The Return of Princess Nightmare Moon by Aegis Shield. This is by no means a copy though. The story just got me thinking about the fact that Celestia really did in a way let ponies forget their was ever a Princess of the Night or that she was her sister. Hope you all enjoy.)

Hundreds of millennia ago, seven tribes of pegasi journeyed to the south pole of the planet Equus. In a world of hostile predators, these primitive ponies decided to utilize the bitter cold of the arctic as a defense against the outside world.

These tribes were known as the Ullens, the Cristali, the Izens, the Glacens, the Whittox, the Glisseaux, and the Iafins.

This is the story of those seven tribes, and how they developed over time to become the prosperous nation known as Ulluria.

The Mane five have been having these awful dreams where they abandon this strange creature and leave her crying, their cutie marks start glowing and they visit Twilight to ask what is going on, they find her in the library preparing to leave on a trip. She explains to them what is going on and they noticed similarities between Anon-A-Miss and what happened at Cadance's wedding, as Twilight prepares to leave, a very sick Spike stumbles in, and Twilight immediately goes to him and diagnosed him with a unicorn illness. With her being the only one to treat it it is up to her friends to help Sunset and save the Rainbooms friendship.

During the Great Winter almost all of the Nobles left many Ponies behind, only caring about themselves and not sparing a thought as they left there to the mercy of the cold and frozen wastes. All but one, a young Noble refused to leave the "lesser Ponies" behind, and was abandoned with them.

It was thought for over a thousand years that they had perished from the cold, lost to history never to be found again.

Until other counties, the Griffin Nations in particular, started talking about a small county inhabited by Ponies of not just the original three tribes but many other types of Ponies as well from hybrids to the unlucky ones changed by Chaos magic.

Princess Celestia had heard the stories for years but was never able to look into them herself because of multiple factors, like the return of her sister. Now that Princess Luna has returned and has been freed of Nightmare Celestia finally has the chance to look into these stories but because of her duties she is unable to do it herself so she sends her Student Twilight Sparkle and her friends to search for this "Lost Pony Country" and see if the stories are true.

Either Celestia nor Twilight and her friends where prepared for what they found.

So this little idea sort of started as just a thread post on a group I'm a member of (though the post was removed a few hours after, not that it's a problem. My guess was it was seen as self-promotion which I didn't intend at all.) and the ones who commented said it was a good base for a story and after thinking for a bit I agreed with them, so here it is.

There will be some references to Monster Hunter but not enough to be considered a crossover as none of the creatures or such will appear, just some ideas and concepts at the base level.

I will add a cover art when I can find a good enough picture.

When Twilight and her friends agree to enter Discord's maze he could just trick them under their own rules so they won't bother him again. But why do that when he has a thousand years of ideas for chaotic fun and half a dozen grateful targets to test them on.

This story is a sequel to The Bet

This is my take on a Aftermath story base on "The Bet" by Paridigm Shift.

WARNING SPOILERS AHEAD IN THE DESCRIPTION Go and read the first story before reading this one if you haven't.

Sunset and Raity learned that they have been doop, Prank by thier friends...mainly Twilight Sparkle being the mastermind, into going on a date with one another because each believed that the other was in love with them and even wrote a love story titled "The Perfect Date" with them both as the main characters.

They both were confronted by Twilight and some their friends seperatly and were showed the stories both were led to believe were written by the other, they were also goad into a bet by Twilight, who promise them both a fabulous reward if they win the bet, all they have todo is go on a date with the other and re-enact the stories that they were given to a "T"

At the end of their date it was revealed that the whole thing was a setup, they been played, neither Sunset or Rarity wrote the stories they were shown, nor were either of them was in love with the other romanticly....at first. Sunset and Rarity date night did show them both a side to the other they never saw before which led the now two new love birds going out with one another on their own terms.

Though the prank did help them see a romance neither knew was there and are happy for it, They're still upset about the prank and they will confront the mastermind behind it all.

My take on the whole "Anon-A-Miss" incident.

After hearing what is happening on the other side of the mirror, Twilight cant help but feel she has seen this before. After finally understanding why, she travels to the other side and help Sunset to clean her name.
