Starlight Glimmer has finally come of age and is now going to start aiding Celestia with bigger issues than simply being her protege. What she doesn't know is that these roles will alter her life completely. Not only will these issues alter her life, but those of her friends as well.

The beginning of the Glimmerverse in Ponyville.

Standing on the ruins of Chrysalis's fallen empire, newly-crowned King Thorax has a long overdue meeting with his former peers. Amidst their discussions, the reborn changelings are met by a coal nymph, forgotten in the hive's nursery. Scared and confused, the young drone shuts down towards all but Thorax, who consoles the nymph, and demonstrates the power of sharing love between changelings.

Bored of his lavish royal lifestyle, and the countless female suitors offered to him, Prince Blueblood takes a vacation from the good life to explore the simple quaintness of a small town. But only in Ponyville does the prince lay eyes on the most beautiful specimen he had ever seen: a brawny mare harvesting apples in the dirt and mud. Little does Blueblood realize how much his encounter with the simple farmer will change his way of life, and hers as well.

Starlight did it, she passed her entrance exam and was accepted as Celestia's protege. Join her during her journey through school where she makes new friends, continues to expand her knowledge and helps other ponies with their studies.

Starlight did it, she prevented Twilight from hatching Spike and now, as a filly, plans on setting a new destiny for herself. Now she is ready to go to Canterlot and see if she has what it takes to not only get into Celestia's school, but perhaps become her protege.

This story takes off from the alternate ending of "An Unlikely Love: The Tale of Two Friendship Students" and is the beginning of The Glimmerverse.

It was just supposed to be a simple set up for this year's Summer Sun Celebration.
But then everything goes downhill as:
His beloved aunt and teacher has disappeared without a trace.
A nursery tale is apparently real
And five insane mares won't leave him alone long enough to undo this mess.

This story is a sequel to Blood Poisoned

It has been two months since Prince Blueblood had become the first male royal to come out as gay. During that time, his aunts noticed that although he has finally opened up about his sexuality, he is still single and hasn't made any attempt to seek out any stallions. Determining to help along with the assistance to Princess Cadance, they organized a masquerade ball for him to mingle among the crowd in hopes of finding a potential suitor.

During the ball, the Prince steps out of the room and hears piano music being played. He finds a lone stallion at the keyboard. Intrigued, he goes up to meet this masked stallion and to find out why he's alone.
