After her confrontation with her mother, Diamond Tiara's life outside of the home has been much easier. She's made friends with her classmates, got some respect from the town, and got Silver Spoon's friendship back. Unfortunately, her mother, Spoiled Rich, is still as snobbish as ever. After meeting up with the CMC and overhearing about one of Applebloom's potion experiments, she gets an idea of how to solve some of her problems.

It certainly helps that her Mom's birthday is coming up.

This story was written by request of superfun, and the main plot is their idea. They have, however, given me free reign over how it all goes, as long as certain details that shall remain undisclosed are met. I would also like to warn that there will be a bit of a delay before the next chapter can be posted, due to life kicking my butt. Now that some of her best friends and fellow classmates are part of the School of Friendship, Diamond Tiara just has to see it for herself. But Headmare Twilight won't let her enroll, so that leaves only one option.

While sneaking around to learn more about the school, the filly unintentionally gets spotted by Gallus and Smolder, two of the students who attend.

Hoping to make new friends (and keep them from exposing her), Tiara strikes up a conversation and before long the subjects spoken between the three will take interesting and unexpected turns. But will it be enough to keep Gallus and Smolder from telling Twilight?

Spike receives an invitation in the mail for the first annual dragon festival, an event that he has been corresponding with Ember about for some time. As he prepares to travel with her to the dragon lands, Ember asks Twilight to join in on the event as well. Furthermore, as Ember and Spike begin their trip they happen upon a new dragon who says that he, like Spike, was born and raised outside the dragon lands.

In an alternate ending of the episode 'Growing Up Is Hard To Do' , something goes wrong and the Crusaders are now stuck as adults. How will they deal with being children in older bodies, and how will their friends and relations react to their new selves?

That's what we're here to find out.

Diamond Tiara has something to say to her entire family... and they're not going to be too happy about it. Especially a certain female parent of hers....

Scootaloo is called home one day after school lets out because her parents have something important they need to tell her, they're going out to dinner to celebrate their anniversary.

Of course, that means Scootaloo will need a foalsitter for the evening, and her parents already have the perfect pony in mind for the job. But Scootaloo doesn't think she needs a foalsitter anymore and can take care of herself. When her parents insist otherwise, Scootaloo decides there's only one thing to do, run away from home before the foalsitter shows up!

Unfortunately, Scootaloo will quickly discover that it's not an easy task to hide from her parents OR her big sister, not in a town where all of Scootaloo's best hiding places are well known. Will Scootaloo figure out a way to outsmart the grown-ups?

Diamond Tiara has had it up to here with her mother, and her father's apparent refusal to do anything about her behavior! Unwilling and unable to put up with such nastiness any longer, Diamond does the unthinkable and runs away from home, leaving her trusty tiara behind in the process!

The filly moves into Carousel Boutique with Rarity, despite the surprise and protests of not only Rarity herself, but also Sweetie Belle. However, it seems nothing can change Diamond's mind. Reluctantly, Rarity agrees to let the troubled filly stay, for a while.

But when Diamond is kidnapped by the diamond dogs while on a gem hunt with Sweetie Belle, she will be surprised by the pony who comes to her rescue.
