Octavia Melody and Vinyl Scratch have been best friends and eventually love interests for as long as anyone could remember, nothing could keep them apart. They had made plans together and were going to get married, surrounded by family and friends.

That was 6 months ago.

Vinyl now sits in a hospital bed. Her end slowly drawing closer with her lover sitting beside her, only one thing going through the Disc Jockeys head.

I was planning to do this for her birthday but I probably would've forgot by that time. I guess it can be a gift for being the awesome friend she is. Then it got turned into a One Year FimFic Anniversary story. Still good though, right? Think of it as a gift for everyone, especially her.

To the beautiful Miss Spectrum, thank you for just being the person you are today. Can't imagine what my life would be like without you.

Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash find out that scootaloo is an orphan and the last remaining pony to be living in her family. Which causes Twilight and Rainbow to adopt the poor filly. From being homeless to having a family, and leading to a life changing scooter accident, Scootaloo's life is gonna take a whole new turn with the help of her two new loving mothers.

I discovered the truth one day in conversation with her. One eye would always look at me, and the other would wander. At least, I thought it was wandering. So while we were talking, I followed it. Goddess in heaven I wish I had not. Never follow the other eye. Ever. Because Ditzy Do's eyes work fine.

She's just watching something. That... thing that's always in the corner of our eyes. And if she looks at you with both eyes?

Trixie has been hiding something from her marefriend for quite some time. She fears that coming clean will result in the hatred of her best friend and partner.

After leaving to attend her quest Trixie devises a plan to prove her new image after speaking with the cutie mark crusaders, and decides to adopt the young Scootaloo. Will her plan work out for her, or will there be more difficulties then she had originally planned.
