After some time of turning over a new leaf, Sunset was happy with her life. She gained new friends, slowly winning over the students at CHS and became the protector of the human world alongside her friends against any rouge magic and creatures. She wanted to give back to everyone by becoming the head director of the Christmas party and Toys for Kids Festival at the school on Christmas Eve.

But when the events of the party and festival went wrong due to her past, Sunset was down on her dumps after she was blamed for the disaster and felt like she had ruined her friends lives because of her. Just when she was about to give up on everything, a mysterious teenaged girl, who claimed to be her guardian angel, showed Sunset what the world and her friends would be like without her.

This is an Equestria Girls take of an ever so beloved classic Christmas film, It's a Wonderful Life!

An E.Q.U.E.S.T.R.I.A Spies story

After dusting out a few pieces of equipment in an old basement at Canterlot High School, the two Rainbooms, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy, discover a mysterious book that is a key to unlocking another portal by the statue to a THIRD world. Opening it, it causes the strange new residents within it to spread across this world. A man from this new place named Steven Secret meets them and the other Rainbooms and claims to be a high school principal, and that opening the book caused his whole school to be transported here. He then informs them that while it’s nice to discover and make new friends, they will also discover and make new enemies. Fearing that their villains will combine with his villains, Steven asks the Rainbooms to team up with the heroes from his world, Lightning Star and Karly Crystal, two teenage spies, and set everything right; tracking and rescuing his students, defeating all the villains and bringing everyone back into the portal safely.

After chasing a homeless puppy in a violent, record-breaking thunderstorm, Lightning Star and Karly Crystal get involved in a terrible accident. The Rainbooms and Spike find Lightning unconscious with a bleeding head, as well as a chilling realisation: Karly is gone. When Lightning wakes up and finds out her best friend is missing, she is determined to go out and search for her. However, during the search, she, the Rainbooms and Spike are separated from their city as another rainstorm occurs. They wake up in the middle of a forest, and as they travel through the harsh landscape, they meet and befriend Stitch, the homeless puppy for whom Lightning was chasing. Altogether, the ten of them build up a connection between them throughout the journey, as they meet new forest folk, fight timberwolves and they learn alot about each other in order to help find Karly and return home safe and sound.

In the aftermath of her defeat, Sunset Shimmer is struggling under the weight of paying for her wrongdoing as the other students throw insults at her, sometimes even shove her out of the way if they have an excuse, among other things. The five girls that helped Twilight Sparkle defeat Sunset have been slow to warm up to her, even if they aren't ignoring her. Sunset is virtually alone with the results of her past right now.

Then she noticed one of the guys in the school has been staring at her from a distance in the hall each day. He never says a word to her, an angry scowl on his face the whole time he stares as she leaves the school.

He is really starting to scare her.

Sunburst was born when Sunset Shimmer was only five years old, and since then they've been through a lot. Sunset getting her cutie mark, Sunburst getting into Celestia's school, and even Sunset abandoning her brother and running away. However, in the end they learn that family is the strongest kind of Friendship.

Ponyville. That is where my fall from grace began. Twilight Sparkle and her insurmountable talent exposed me for the charlatan I was. After that inauspicious day, my shows were no longer a thunderous triumph of magic and trickery. They were a blighted sideshow—a mockery of the splendor they had once been.

In my desperation to retain the life I once held, I stooped lower and lower. I finally hit rock bottom on a remote rock farm. There, I assumed the life of some ordinary, mundane pony, hammering away at boulders until nothing but pebbles remained. It was beneath me, humiliating and degrading. The days dragged on, but my dignity fell no further. It was the bottom, the very bottom, where nothing could fall any lower.

If I had it to do over again, I would have clung to that humble bottom. I would have held on and never let go.

I made the worst mistake imaginable. In my desperate bid to claw my way back up to the graces I once knew, I put my faith in dark magic. While I may have found the bottom on that rock farm, that accursed amulet drug me even deeper, pulling me into the abyss of hell.

After living through a long alicorn life, Twilight's time finally comes. All of her old friends have passed on, but she still has her daughter Nyx by her side at the end. Before she reunites with everyone else, they share a moment.

Nyx is an original character from Past Sins by Pen Stroke. Credit goes to him for her creation. This is my tribute to her and that legendary story which is one of the most loved on fimfiction.

Twilight's daughter Nyx tells the story of her mother to a student of her own. As Nyx's time draws to a close and she prepares to be reunited with her mother and their friends at last, Nyx tasks another Alicorn with training her student who might one day become an alicorn and guardian of the dream realm.

Nyx is an original character by the legendary Pen Stroke credit goes to him for her creation.
