Natural selection. It is the byword of every changeling queen who has ever lived. The chief resource that has always curbed the hives' growth used to be love. Now though, with Queen Twilight Sparkle's bloodline capable of producing love on their own, the old guard of changeling morality has seen fit to acquire this ability for the next generation before removing all of their future royal daughters' competitors.

Some queens are far closer to this goal than others.

Long ago, before the rise of Equestria, long before the Three Tribes Era even, Equus grew and prospered under the rule of the seemingly immortal Empress Cosmos. For two thousand years, she and her five Exarchs guided the many races of the world into a better future.

And then, she vanished, and her name and all she had done was forgotten.

Ten thousand years have passed since that night. Her Exarchs have not been seen in millennia, and the few who do know of that time think they died long ago.

The civilization she helped create is now forgotten by most, destroyed in a war born of xenophobia. One that heralded the rise of the Three Tribes Era.

But now signs have begun to appear. A long-forgotten prophecy is about to be fulfilled. The once and future ruler of Equus is about to be reborn. But what does this have to do with Twilight Sparkle and the five new ponies who have just arrived in Ponyville?

After the Friendship Games, life at CHS has settled down. No more magical villains to face, or impending disasters. Sunset and the others can go back to living as normal teenage girls. Or as close to normal as a group of magically empowered girls and a former unicorn from another universe can anyway.

But when Sunset gets into trouble, someone she never expected comes to help her, and her life will never be the same ever again.

Following his fight with Nightmare moon, Silver watch was imprisoned by her evil magic for a thousand years. Finally, being set free by a mysterious force, Silver finds himself in a new world of ponies. Having lost his dear friend and partner, Silver Watch must deal with his regrets, his betrayal, and the fact that he is still The Traverser and his greatest fear will soon be realized. But six new ponies might just change his life forever through the power of friendship and a chance of redemption.

   After a terrible mistake, Silver Watch has been forced to travel existence fulfilling his job as the Traverser. Its been more than two thousand years since the start of his journey and it has finally brought him to the magical world of Equestria. Will this new pony find it in himself to trust in friendship once more, or will his curse as the Traverser spell doom for all of Equesria. Only time and a certain Princess of the night can tell.

It is no underestimation if somepony said that she’d be able to challenge an immortal to a battle and come out as the victor. The possibility was there, of that there was no doubt, the only thing that was needed for her to actually defeat an immortal, such as myself, was for her to realise her full potential, for her to realise just how much power was stored in that small body of hers

The Moon has fallen, reduced to mere shadow of herself after the Nightmare claimed her. With only fragments of herself left, the Moon must find a way to stop the Nightmare, and escape from her lunar prison. Thankfully she won't have to do it alone.
