During rainy days, a young colt skips class to go write in the park. On one particular morning, he happens to meet a kindred spirit, though she's quite a bit older than him. But the rainy season in Canterlot is almost over, and he's worried that when the rain leaves... she will too.

Kuno, a young changeling, is left weak, bloodied, and bruised after the events of the Canterlot wedding. She is soon discovered by Warden, a Royal Guard. But for some reason, Warden shows her mercy. Instead of taking her into the custody of the Royal Guard, he becomes both her captor and her savior. But over time, Kuno will come to ask herself the hardest question she has ever pondered: Can a changeling feel love?

Twilight's friends have been cordially invited to attend her housewarming party at Everfree Castle, to which they're all very excited. However, they're stopped by the bridge's new keeper, who won't let them pass unless they answer all of his questions correctly. Can the ponies do just that, or will they be subjected to eternal peril as a consequence for failing?
