The Dragonlord has arrived in the great desert south of Equestria. Its previously uninhabited lands are rich with minerals and ores, and the oppressive heat is familiar to those from the volcanic Dragonlands. This land was not easily won, however. Born from the corpse of a dead kingdom, the Ash Citadel sprouts from old ruins of the Storm Kingdom. It is a safe haven and home for dragons seeking to venture far from the Dragonlands. That is, until an unexpected attack on the edge of the colony.

Flung into a war she never asked for, Ember will learn the depths of a leader’s struggles. She will have to sacrifice her own apprehensions and indecision and accept the challenge of a new mysterious foe, so that when the world comes knocking on the black gates of the Ash Citadel, the dragons will be ready to knock back.

Rimworlds: Discovered by Princess Twilight Sparkle through portal experimentation, these alternate versions of Equestria are incredibly diverse, characterized only by their extreme deviation from Equestria Prime. Dangerous and unpredictable, they can prove useful for discovering novel magics and technologies.

Starbot Glimmdroid XX-02 has been sent to such a world, an alternate reality dubbed "Equestria #065," accompanied by a small host of trustworthy and reliable ponies. The task: create a colony suitable for living. The problem: this world is already inhabited. How will this new colony survive alone on this rimworld?

This is nothing but a lazy Rimworld crossover, basing many events in the story on whatever happens to this colony within the game. Modded content is featured, including but not limited to: Rimsenal, A Rimworld of Magic, Giddy Up Core and Giddy Up Battlemounts, Borderlands: The Rim, Lizardmen, Orassans, Simple Slavery, Android Tiers and Android Tiers: Gynoids, Rim of Madness: Vampires, Star Wars Fully Functional Lightsabers, Twilek Race, Zabrak Race, and many, many, many more.

Mistwake, a young hippogriff student, begins attending the School of Friendship. Her roommate is annoying, she can't stop thinking of home, and there's something off about her pink-haired professor. Horrors hidden in the dark are beginning to reveal themselves.

When her roommate starts coming back to their dorm in the middle of the night, she knows something is definitely wrong. Or is it? Students overworking isn't exactly breaking news. Then again, what exactly could she be working on in the middle of the night?

(Written for "A Change of Pace" Contest. This is my first piece conceived and written for a contest. I'm not exactly sure if I made it on time for the deadline because of timezone differences. If I did, neat. If not, I still like the story. Also, it's written for the Halloween season. Boom, two birds with one story.)

Fantasy, Sci-fi, mystery and more. The number of stories that have been cast off into the void simply because there's not enough time to write them all is too great. What follows will be an assortment of stories which I had written at some point but never published. Some have been reformatted into one-shots, while others are brand-new and will have recurring chapters. If you like any particular chapter let me know, however, this is more of a personal collection for myself, where I can write those burning ideas in my head without distracting from the main stories I want to develop. Thus, they will come as and when I like.

For organization, any one-shot chapters will be labelled [One-shot]. Otherwise, the chapter titles will clue you in as to which story it is about if you are interested in only reading specific entries.

Once they were called to restore Luna's power and rescue another princess trapped in another castle. Now, Luna needs the Nightmare Knights to assemble once again to restore something else. As Celestia travels the world on her many adventures and thrill-seeking journeys, Luna realizes she is bored by retirement. In just a few months she has done all that Silver Shoals has to offer. And when she's done looking outward for an answer, she's left to look inward.

She needs music. She needs to show Equestria who Luna is, not who a princess is expected to be. She needs her team to restore what it meant to just be a pony like her. And to do that, there is one place she needs to start. To find herself, Luna needs to restore a love for her darkness.

This story continues the adventures of Sunset Shimmer from the tales of Fighting to the Top and A Summer's Gift.

Schedules, classes, long lectures and longer tests, combined together and they all added up to a much-needed vacation for Sunset. Winter is now and the winter break dawns a new year, soon to have new classes and new challenges.

After promising to take her fencing career to new heights and change the reputation of Canterlot High, Sunset's first step to that goal is in sight. By getting herself into a first division school, she has a shot at some of the most competitive fencing tournaments in the nation. But getting ready for that will take more than routine conditioning.

Winter vacation is a time to have fun, but once the new year ticks over, it's the perfect time to break some personal records.
