Gilda's reformed. She knows it—she feels it! All her anger is under control, there's no more aggression, and she doesn't even use 'dwee'—uh, 'the d-word' any more. Her psychiatrist, for all his infuriating and impenetrable language he uses, seems to have her situation under wraps. When he tells her of his exciting work with other ex-antagonists of Ponyville and their bright futures, Gilda jumps at the chance to make her own happy ending.

However, that would be reliant on Ponyville wanting to give her a second chance, and the town's patience for one-off ex-villains coming back has long since been wearing thin. Gilda will discover how to really win a do-over, all while battling an insidious life-coaching conspiracy, her own unreliable memory and Pinkie's bizarre Dia di los Huertos party.

What's a griffon got to do to get a break in this town?

Daring Do may have bitten off more than she can chew with her latest expedition partner. She seems determined to one-up Daring by using her knowledge of rocks, ignore her every instruction and not to speak a word more than necessary.

However, Daring may discover that there's far more to Maud Pie's single track mind than meets the eye... and that there's no such thing as 'just a rock farmer'.

Pinkie Pie is on top of the world right now. Why wouldn't she be? She just found out that she's a part of the most awesome family in Equestria (well, almost definitely). However, when a chance encounter in the market leads to the discovery of another distant Apple cousin in Ponyville, she realises that everypony should have a chance to know if they're related to the best family ever!

The only problem is, 'family' has very different meanings for different ponies...

Veggie Vee is the model bureaucrat: enthusiastic, motivated, and absolutely enamoured with setting the world to rights from the safety of her desk in Canterlot. Being assigned to Ponyville to save her job, therefore, wasn't exactly on her to-do list.

The local citizens aren't too happy about it, either. What should have been a simple poster campaign against unhealthy eating swiftly becomes a war of attrition. An incompetent underground resistance attempts to foil her every move and Veggie's latent megalomania isn't helping. Princess Twilight is nowhere to be seen, and an explosion-happy, candy-loving sugar freedom fighter is on the loose.

Everything is about to spiral out of control...

Although her most feral instincts are gone, Fluttershy still must contend with transforming into a bat-pony hybrid every now and then. And that's fine; she's happy to adapt! Now, if only she could convince Twilight to give up on her increasingly hare-brained 'remedies', everything would be just perfect...

Mortally wounded after a fatal attack on her laboratory, an earth pony researcher is augmented against her will and sent out into a chaotic world in search of answers. But as her quest unravels this chain of events, she discovers an ancient conspiracy that will shake Equestria to its very core.
