Despite being forced into exile he is ready to wage revolution against Celestia. But sometimes it is all to easy to lose sight of what's right and wrong, and will his revolution really be one of peace or is it all just a veil for revenge?

I kinda prefer the new version where Reik seeks out Allie's before he decides to sneak into the castle it seems like the smarter thing to do. Also I can see that some ponies might not have it as good as the rest and therefor are more willing or even desperate enough to try an uprising in order to change their situation.
Maybe you can introduce other ponies like George in the next chapter. Maybe counterparts to the mane cast like:
-A baker who ran out of business.
-A vet who lost his job because everypony prefered Fluttershy.
-A dressmaker (you know the drill)
-Former weather patrol Pegasus who maybe got fired for being too slow.
-The Ex-librarian who was forced to leave the library as Twilight moved in.

It would make for an interesting scene when the mane six try to stop the revolution and get confronted with ponies whos life they accidentally ruined.

I love the characterisation for Iris and I can't wait to see what happens next.
One possibility would be that Reik establishes a secret village where his own forces can grow and where he can see just how well his concept works in practice.
Great story so far
It's good that Reik wants to avoid bloodshed and now that he destroys the illusion of Celestias invincibility he can really start to gather followers.

Yeah, this past week was terrible for me and this whole chapter looks like the worst ive written so far. I originally was going to combine ch10 and ch11 but wanted to upload at least one chapter this week so I left the two seprate.

Remeber when I said that chapters would be added every 3-4 days? Me too. Seeing as school work has leveled out and things are less hectic, new chapters will be made in closer proximity to each other. This two week wait time has got to stop.
