While the original tests were unsuccessful, on the 3rd of October we managed to create a sustainable wormhole for over an hour before it finally shut down due to a power failure. This means that if given some more research, we can send a man to the other side. Of course, we have no idea what waits on the other side. It could be a world without any sort of air. Quite frankly I have no idea what to expect.

Very... interesting. This has potential, though there are some flaws I can point out. First, try spacing out some of your longer paragraphs more. It's a pain to read huge blocks of text, and spacing it out more will make the story as a whole easier on the eyes.
Some of the grammar is off in places, but that's ancillary to my main complaint. Stalin seems far too nice to me. Now I know he's not some demon or something in history, but he's far too welcoming and smiley and whatnot. Bring up some of the ideological differences more. Remember, the Bolsheviks killed the Tsar, they don't really like royalty all that much. Bringing up the conflict in regards to royalty that is actually divine in contrast to a system that is totally against that would bring up an ideological conflict that would be very interesting to read.
Also, best to point this out, but I don't think Stalin would bring up just the Jews in the Holocaust. Hitler wanted to kill or enslave literally all Russians, Ukrainians, Poles, and numerous other ethnicity's as well. Stalin in real life didn't care much for the Jews save for Lazar Kagonovich, and him sounding so nice to them is uncharacteristic.
Beyond that though, I'm intrigued. If you polish up these issues some more, and really bring out the conflict between two completely different societies in later chapters, you've got a great fic in progress.
220476 You have to think of yourself in his position. He would CERTAINLY not tell the princess about him killing millions of people. He wanted to make himself look good when he told her about the holocaust, that he freed them and the such.

I didn't say Stalin would tell her the millions he killed, I'm saying he would not single out the Jews as the ones targeted by Hitler. Stalin was rather ambivalent towards Jews from what I can gather. It's not the actual content of what's said there that bothers me, it's the wording. Beyond that, just making the Soviets more, what's a good word, uneasy about the royals. Knowing these are actual gods they are dealing with, it makes the whole situation much more tense for the Soviets.

Well, the Soviet ships are, anyway. I based this upon the canterlot thingy, where the changelings seriously smashed their faces into the shield, and it broke, so I had the answer what a 180mm ship artillery cannon would do to it. XD

Periods are missing from the ends of many sentences. Many sentences at the beginning are simple and therefore dull. Consider making these into compound or complex sentences.
Once you have established the two speakers in a dialogue, there is no need to state their name, rank and serial number after every sentence.
In English, the Russian farewell is written "Do svidaniya."
Stalin is being awfully friendly with the leaders of the diarchy. Regardless of how he actually ran Soviet Russia, the stated goal of Communism was to overthrow governments like this across the world and replace them with rule by the people (and by people, they meant the Kremlin). Capitalists, monarchies (constitutional or not), all would fall to the Communist Revolution and their people would be "liberated". He maintains his apparently friendly view even when we see from his perspective. Where is the scheming?

By the way, the IS-2 was outdated by the end of the war, the IS-3 was way more used, besides, it's better than the IS-2 in every aspect.

Yeah... *Scratches neck.* No excuse, really.
And besides, it's not FAR after the war. It's only a few months after, in fact. The Soviet's have enough problem solidifying their position in Europe at this point. They are using tried and trusted machines instead of newly developed. This is also why they aren't using ANY sort of jet-planes. And besides. I want them to use the old WW2 stuff, for it was the reason I created this Fic in the first place. I might go out of the era's a little bit.

I see your point, but the IS-3 was developed in 1944 and used in 1945. So it's fairly within the ending-war period.
Anyway.
Even though the Soviets are supposed to be the bad guys, I feel like wanting them to win.
I don't get it.. Why are the soviets attacking a town full of civilians WITH TANKS when they are supposedly there to liberate them from a fascist dictatorship? I mean, if they kill civilians for no good reason and/or blow up their infastructure they are effectively killing any sympathy or trust that they might have towards them, and even if the soviets manage to conquer all of Equestria, they might still get the occasional revolt from an angry population. Correct me if I'm wrong but it all seems so confusing.
