This story is a sequel to The Amphibious Hope
The Treacherous Trio—Tirek, Chrysalis, and Cozy Glow—find themselves in a land that is both similar to Equestria yet vastly different…the Boiling Isles. Stranded in a new world, they must find a way to recover their magic and head back to Equestria; but as they encounter the inhabitants thereof, they may yet discover some intriguing potential they can utilize for themselves.
Meanwhile, Jacob Hopkins is seeking to acquire their magic for his own cause against the isles.

If Cozy Glow met Scorpan, she'll most likely talk about him betraying his brother for friendship, letting him suffer in Tartarus and being the obedient son to his father. She'll make Scorpan feel guilty and say that the only reason he doesn't feel guilty before because friendship makes you ignore the guilt until its too late or realize it.

My best guess, divorce and maybe their divorce made the Centaur and Gargoyle race hate each other.
Rusty Bucket is unaware of what's going on back in Equestria.
"Hey... I know you. You're Scorpan." She said as he smiled a bit "The backstabbing brother of Tirek who betrayed him for friendship and became a meaningless figure in history." She finished as Scorpan frowned hearing that.
"That's not what I expected to hear." He said.
"I mean its all the only thing about you everypony knows. I mean Celestia and Luna never bother to tell whatever happened to you after you backstabbed your brother. I think you were nothing more than a useful pawn in their plan. Nothing more, nothing less." She said as Scorpan was hurt by that.
"Are you really a pony?" He asked.
"Big time, Traitor and disgrace of a brother." She said with a smirk

What did you expect? They'll accept harmony of friendship? Remember, Discord used them for Harmony, Twilight's harmony. No way, they'll side Twilight's dream. I mean did Discord showed any guilt of their fate, nope because Friendship is Harmony and Harmony leads to bliss, ignoring the flaws for that bliss.
