After some insistence from his friends, Spike decides to stick around for a weekend slumber party at Twilight's house.

Seven girls and one boy under the same roof for an entire night. What could go wrong?

Spike's in for a log night with these girls.

Interesting, and eagerly awaiting more. It's rated teen, so things aren't gonna get too explicit or saucy (though I don't think many readers would mind if you did decide to up the rating and go that way). This seems more like a lotta innuendo that will end up with emotional drama, especially considering Spike's current platonic relationship with the girls and his questionable home life, and how shocked he may be to learn that they may consider him more than that. There's some real possibilities here. Possibilities for confessions, hope, comfort, belonging...

Oddly enough, I don't think I've read many Spike stories that involve a sleepover with the girls like this, in either pony or human form.

Plus, your grammar is very good!

Hope for more soon!

I'm not comfortable with writing sex scenes or anything super explicit like that. I also don't think it would be a good reading experience knowing how I write :twilightsheepish:

I am going to lean into saucy humor, innuendo, and flirting throughout the story. I think that works for the scene and characters, they're all still teenagers and that's what teens tend to do when left alone!

There is going to be some drama mixed in for sure. And I hope and think this story is the first of its kind, but there's a vaguely similar one involving a human Mane Six and Spike at a sleepover called Zen and the Art of Suasion. They're pretty different though; I'm using the EQG setting and characters, the other story takes place in a literal humanized Equestria that's unique to the author's vision. It's great!

However you handle the girls and what they do with Spike is up to you, I wouldn't be surprised that some would try to steal a kiss from him, if they tried.

Atta boy Spike! Man has infinite Rizz

Although Rainbow Dash tinged with mirth, she felt similary impressed with Fluttershy's antics. She let out a wolf whistle, "Oh, man, I knew you were a total softie Spike, but not as soft as Fluttershy's hands, right?"

"I'm going for a quick smoke break, tell me if the pizza gets here!"

Hope that's reference to him being a dragon-blood, because I can't see Twilight allowing him to waste his time, money, or health on smokes, especially since she doesn't smoke herself and most of the time non-smokers don't find smokers' breath to be very attractive.

Hey, thanks for the comment! I decided to make Spike a cigarette smoker for a couple of reasons. I think it fits the rebellious phase I think he's going through at this point in his life. And it's a good but realistic analog to his counterpart's ability to breathe fire.

Twilight and the others definitely do not approve, and that's something I hope to address later in this story or another one. At this point in the story, I don't think Twilight feels she has the authority over Spike to make him give up smoking, but there might be something that happens in a few chapters that changes a few things for both of them.

Does this story have any sex or sexy moments in it?

No, it doesn't and it won't if you don't consider suggestive humor and innuendo to be "sexy."

So now Spike knows how Applejack looks at him.

"It's-it's my turn again. I..." Twilight slightly adjusted her posture, only earning another hiss from the boy she was straddling. "Sorry! I, I...choose you, Pinkie Pie."

I choose you Pickach-...um, I mean, Pinkie Pie!

I'm glad someone caught the reference!

So, Spike has 7 girlfriends. Can't wait for the next chapter.

Looks like there are other girls that have an interest in Spike.

This was a really fun story! Very cute, I'm quite pleased with the happy ending, and eager to see any sequels if you do feel up to writing them!

10/10, will likely read again.

Thank you for the kind words! This really has been a huge passion project for me, as it's essentially the culmination of a decade's worth of MLP-related ideas. That's why I hope I've been able to deliver something that's done some justice to them. I'll for sure get around to writing sequel stories at some point - sooner rather than later, hopefully.
