Rarity's father likes hoofball. Rarity doesn't. Too bad her father doesn't realize that. And now neither does Rainbow Dash. This will be quite the day...

Somehow when I first read this on DA I missed how the sports ponies had some dragons and drakainas along with them. I get the idea that they're the sort of fans real-life Philadelphia is known for. The ones who cheered when Michael Irvin took a career-ending injury or who pelted Santa Claus with snowballs at one halftime show.

Yeah, Philly has some nasty fans.

Or of course the dragons could be sitting there in horrified silence as the ponies cheer that sort of thing!... "Sweet Tiamat, they're worse savages than those barbarians back in the Dragonlands!"

Yeah. Have to say that this was a fairly entertaining one-shot. The exchanges, characterizations and wrap-up are all well enough done that I could easily see this being an actual episode (maybe season one or early season two). Indeed, I CAN sympathize for wanting to please close family, even if it means doing something you aren't comfortable with. And, of course, there's no shame in admitting you don't like something that close family or a friend does. something that was well shown here.

This was a well-crafted story. A few grammar errors notwithstanding, I agree with 10768746 that this could easily be an actual episode. Keep up the good work.

I'm not surprised. Though to be fair joy-induced rioting is sadly normal for cities who win the Superbowl.

Still, as bad as we can get over sports, at least we never fought a war over losing a soccer game. Yet.

I remember this from DeviantArt and this was a pretty good story, Rainbow's support of Rarity was one of the things that caught my attention and something I mentioned on DeviantArt.

An interesting story. I remember a long time ago there was a popular animated series featuring characters like Rarity and Rainbow Dash, I believe it was called 'My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.' Football has interested me throughout my life, both as a game and now in terms of betting. I also enjoy card games, and if you're interested, you can find a review of mini blackjack in UK non Gamstop casinos on the https://notgamstop.com/mini-games/mini-blackjack/. As for the series, its plot unfolds in the world of Equestria and follows the adventures of the main characters, who are magical ponies. Each character represents different types of ponies and has their own unique characteristics. The central themes of the series are friendship, tolerance, and self-improvement.
