This actually started out surprisingly good, more so then I'd been expecting for such a simple idea. But that just goes to show that a good writer can make a story out of anything.
But the moment Slayer leaves the forest it goes downhill. In particular the body switch at the end left me feeling disappointed with how contrived it was.
If I ever come across this story again in the future i'll give it another look. But I don't think I can give it a follow as is.
I hope this is updated soon, I like how you kept the Doom Slayer silent. This is very well done.
Honestly, I’m not a fan of body swapping stories or just stories that have it in general, but this has me intrigued. Keep up the good work can’t wait to see what comes next.

Flutterguy and Doomshy
This was surprisingly deeper then what I was expecting, like the dream sequence, along with actual dialogue of the Doom Slayer himself and actual backstory to him now. Nice to see that they now all have the Doomsayer's equivalent armor now. The build up in tension is great so far along with the drama, and I can't wait for the actual action finally starting.

As for who's possessing 'Sunbutt'...why yes it is Deag. After Healing and Dash's arcs wrap up, he'll become the antagonist for the final arc as they all fight to free Canterlot. But as per usual, there will be plot twists and oh so much pony violence :)
