You may have read the story of what happened beneath Twilight's School of Friendship. That's the nice version the princesses want all the ponies to believe in. This is the real version of what the Student 6 and Starlight Glimmer went through to bring Equestria's magic back as they faced terrible and mysterious things banished from Equestria into the Realm of the Lost.
This started as an interactive story, so readers voted to help the characters decide what to do at the end of most chapters. I switched to using some RPG elements with a more traditional style in later chapters.
This story is run using a mix of the Mythic and Tails of Equestria systems.
This was also inspired partly by Starscribe's wonderful Voyage of the Equinox.

I'm glad it's off to a good start. Stamina is 12 or 14 for the main characters. Starlight has 20. The later chapters include links to a document with the character stats.

If the vote is even when I get to writing the next parts. I may have to flip a coin to determine which one gets picked. I've been trying to give more interesting choices, especially when the characters roll well.
Aha! So my decision was... Well, better than the others? That "reading true intentions" thing has me especially worried. Hopefully the coin rolls right and Silverstream can meet up with them before too long, man this is exciting!

Yes! at least 5 out of 6 are in the same area. A vicious fight may need to be fought but phase one of the plan is coming together, now if only I could figure out what to do with Ocellus, everything would be fine

When the chapters were new, I'd base things off the polls, but in the interest of wrapping up the story, I've moved away from that. It's still fun to see the choices and what readers went with, though.

Well im glad that Ocellus is free from Queen Cordys control Now they had to stop her somehow and free the other ponies and its sweet that smolder help ocellus out And I'm sure this is not the last time we see storm surge and Hopefully pay off the debt to Grandeur with a little help from Mirage and Hedron I wonder how they gonna do this And get back to equestria I guess we'll find out next time
