boo, noballs. An incest impregnation angle could really have given this fic a bit of oomph that I might have liked. The tables turning on Flare, Sunburst taking a bit of control over his life... as it stands, this fic is decent, but it’s really lacking for flavor.

It’s a McDonald’s cheeseburger - it’ll fill you up and not much else, being something you eat for sustenance and not for pleasure. You didn’t really seem to commit to either “Sunburst is a powder keg dom about to explode into super domination” or “Sunburst is an awkward virgin with no real clue about pleasuring a mare”. He seems to be this awkward hybrid of both and it doesn’t really work for me. And the prose is pretty bland and forgettable throughout - you could have afforded to be way riskier, imaginative, and evocative. Don’t be afraid of assholes who’ll complain about “ugh your prose is so purple” - they’re not here to read good fanfics and bust a nut, they’re here to get some background noise to their own fantasies and bust a nut.

Keep at it. Try a little harder.

Judged and tallied.

Not bad. Hot, but short. Simple, but not really enticing. Engaing, but not engaging enough. I'm torn between this one. Where I searched for answers I got only a sentence of a reply and had to trust the story to lead me forward, as blind as I may be to the journey ahead.
