This is the weirdest yet intriguing story I have ever read. I wonder what's the backstory of the snail. Is it the god of worlds? Did it save Equestria from inevitable destruction? What kind of powers did the orb have? Immortality? Peace? A painkiller for headaches because of the day courts?

I was going for it being the source of the Princess' abilities to control the sun and moon. As for the snail itself, I dunno, it's just an odd benevolent god. I kinda just wanted to write something a little surreal, and this is what came of it.
