1. It's obvious that Dash will succeed in her attempt to get the whole town. But will that be a permanent change?
2. Will Dash stay a brain in a jar, or will she eventually get some kind of robot body that she can control from the jar so she can do normal pony stuff while still having her powers?

I'm curious. Please add more. More nudity. More pranks, and sex if possible. For example. The whole market could be nude. Or maybe have Big Mac suddenly think cider means something else. Heck Even Fluttershy could get pranked when several ponies think they are animals. Maybe even have Rarity dress up as hirarity again.

The best part is that if there's a "the truth" to be found then Agent Sweetie Drops is almost certainly part of the cover-up, and Lyra should have made that connection by now.
I like where this going. Rainbow seems to be getting into the spirit of things pretty quick.

Hum, ask and you shall receive, I guess. Gotta say, I'm most impressed by the consistency of your writing style, given how long it's been. The dialogue feels natural (relatively speaking, so far as the established personalities are concerned), and Rainbow's half-focused impulsive lines are spot on for the situation. I'm looking forward to shenanigans.

So glad to see this continued! Loved all the quick little scenes we got this time around, it's always fun watching the mind controller experiment with their powers... her ability to possess and even control ponies' bodies is also really intriguing. I like to imagine that Rainbow is like a Zerg Overmind; the more transmitters and ponies fall under her control, the wider and more pervasively she can exert control. Maybe after enough practice, she'll be able to directly control multiple bodies at once, even to the point of fooling around with herself via two puppets. Anyways, I'm totally looking forward to seeing what Rainbow does for Phase Two!
And, just one clarifying question: are all mares in this universe futanari? Or just a subset? It's very hot and I hope those futas see some action soon!
Is she ever planning to get her body back? You'd think she would want to get in on the fun and be able to move while transferring her powers.

As for your question: With most of my stuff involving dickgirls in equestria I like to imagine it as being very common but not universal. For example for some reason I've settled on Applejack always having tits and a vag without a cock/balls. The exact ratio is up in the air, but it's a majority.

Thank you very much! As well as being one of my favourites, Rainbow is very easy to write dialogue for because as you say, she's very impulsive and thinks first, talks/acts later.
