Trixie has waited patiently for her revenge, and now she has it. She has succesfully traded Twilight Sparkle’s brain with her own, assuming the latter’s life. Twilight has been trapped in a jar, helpless and alone. Can she escape? What is Trixie planning? Will her friends learn the truth? Contains multiple endings, going from the worst to the best. Contains anthro ponies and weird humour.

I know this story is over a year old, but it was just brought to my attention, and while I doubt you want to edit it at this point, I noticed one repeated error.
If a quote is immediately followed by attribution, that attribution (unless it's a proper name) should be lowercase, and if the quote would end in a period, that period becomes a comma. (Other end punctuation doesn't change.)
Examples:
Wrong: "Words." She said.
Right: "Words," she said.
Also right: "Words!" she exclaimed.
