There was no getting away unless the alicorn let her get away, leaving her with perilously few options.

This is wierd. I know it's porn and all that, but it would have been extremely easy to get out of the situation. I understand it was done to advance the plot and make it look like the main character was forced into it initially, but it just ended up not making sense. I can not stress enough how easy it would have been to get out. Jerk fast back, slap her hands away, push her away, slap her to wake her up, pinch her, bite her (the evil choice) and millions other ways. It's things like these that irrationally trigger me.
