True, but if it was done the way I was suggesting then they could sell their legs again and still be able to get them back with either a spell or potion, and not to mention the mirror pool ponies could be altered so they don't blow up like they did in that one episide, that way the original could make many clones and sell them to be made into food.

Okay that's true, but I still say that the potions and spells to regrow limbs would be better then the robotic limbs, after all this way they would be able to sell their parts again, heck the mares could sell their tits and the guys their cock/balls and they would either have the spell to regrow the limbs or drink the potion that would do the same thing for their lost limbs or body parts.

While I understand what you're saying, and that would probably make a cool story as well, ultimately for this story I'm going for the idea of lost parts being permanently lost. They can have very lifelike replacements, sure, but it's not the same not really, and everyone knows it. They've been changed by their trip to Pinkie's shop in a fundamental way. And every meal is unique, to be savored once and once only. Regrowing the limbs would take that away I think. It was this or just have the butchered ponies not even get robot limbs and just go around completely reduced. But even I was like "OK that's a bit much."

Well if you did it that way it could be thought of as an Alternate version of the story, like how some author's on the site make two versions of a final chapter, like a Good End and Bad End chapter.
Cool, so Alicorns can regenerate then, so why can't they come up with a spell to do that to other ponies, I would think the Mane 6 would like that, also wouldn't Applejack or Rarity like to have their tits back and maybe them being a few cup sizes larger due to the spell could make that happen, letting them gain more size to themselves there.

I must have missed that part about Bon-Bon, but still I would think that any pony would LOVE to have either their tits or cock/balls back so they could still use them to have fun with others, I mean who would want to have their tits and cock/balls gone for good, not to mention if a mare does get pregnant and doesn't have her tits anymore how would she breast feed the foals then, I know that a potion or spell would be good but maybe make it so either it's hard to make or costs a lot to get it or it can only be found in the Zebra home country, that way they would have to get in touch with Zecora for them to get it unless Twilight could create a spell or potion based off of her Alicorn regenerating ability.
