Um... A bit of misleading advertising in your story synopsis. You said there would be "descriptions of cum inflation," but it was more of a passing mention than a description.
It's your story, so you don't need to include multiple paragraphs waxing lyrical about bellies swollen with cum, if you don't want to. But, man, don't get a guy's hopes up like that. At the very least, "descriptions of [fetish]" implies that there's more than a single sentence about [fetish].
