It's something I had thought of and left an opening for. Between commissioning the first and second image from Variant, I decided to have the saddlebags included in the second image to imply she might go on a spree. Definitely leaves room for potential continuation, but I'm not quite sure how I'd do it. I guess if the idea hits me or if someone has a suggestion I really like.

Well Luna has only 15 flasks of the potion and mercury cant make any more due to obvious reasons.
So while she might start with easy targets that wont be missed or linked to her, once her supply starts to dwindle she might pick increasingly riskier ponys to make it more worthwhile (and grand better thropies).
All while trying to not get caught or looking suspicious while celebritys, nobles, national heros and maybe even princesses dissapear. (you could also easly shorten this by time-skipping a few potions and focus on the things you want to write)

Well, that's true that there's only 15 potions left, Mercury also wrote down the steps to making them in her personal notebook. A desperate and resourceful Luna might be able to find it, especially if she decides to "investigate" the disappearance(s).
Like I said, I'm open to continuing this if the idea strikes me or if there's a suggestion I like, but at the moment I've got nothing.
I know I'm like, a year late to be commenting, but I'd like to see more of this too. XD Could have something like Luna hoping to make it just sort of "accepted" that she may or may not occasionally eat ponies (though she'd never be 100% open about it except maybe to Celestia) so she could keep her collection more openly.
I have weird ideas.

Glad you like it, but in the time since I've written it, I kinda became unsatisfied with it. I'm thinking of possibly doing a rewrite if I ever feel like returning to this and if that's the case, it's possible I might continue it. I have no idea, though.
