While both are similar due to them being the same game only one was fairly.... meh when it came to story because localization. There will be elements from both "If" And Fates as to get the best parts of both sides. Though mostly fates as that is the 3 games i played. (I am doing my research for If, its just completely based off of youtube videos so.... it won't be perfect.)
I do hope to make them better in places they may have fallen short.

Interesting. I'll be tracking this. I've played Nohr path, and am still (lazily) working my way through Valla, but I really enjoy the game. With so many units in the 3rd path, though, it's keeping me from playing Bravely Second and Project X Zone 2. Someone who loves grinding in RPGs like I do, this is gonna bug me until I grind every unit I get in the storyline to insanely high levels (don't even get me started on the online visit-generated units).

Otherwise chapter two is about... 1/3 of the way done. when summer starts i should be able to churn these out quickly. i hope to get to conquest by the end of the summer and end that by next year. Thennnn revelation which i want to say ill finish quickly. but i doubt that highly.

I'll probably give this a read sometime. Pony doesn't have many FE crossovers, and the ones that are here tend to either choke on their own ambition or spend too much time being passive-aggressive localization bashers and lose all artistic value as a result. I haven't seen any get stuck in the strange morality issues that newer FEs fall into, but... I've also never seen any get far enough to do that in the first place. It would be sweet if one actually went somewhere, and maybe this could be it.

IF is what Fire Emblem Fates is known as in Japan (AKA Fire Emblem: IF) It has a lot more uncensored stuff that we didn't get in the Americas and was superior story-wise too.
