The Mare in Chapter 2 was Luna, and is training and telling Anna to do this to the Main 6. Don't know why yet, but that's whats happening.
That "tome" was definitely Naruto, right? I don't really care much for the whole BDSM side of your story, but I'm not judging, everyone has their own kinks. What draws me in is the plot. I love it and I 'd love to see what happens when/if someone catches on and discovers Anna and gives her the anal pleasures she so desires!
