It's not bad, but other than the premise, there's nothing that really separates it from your average paint-by-numbers clopfic. And it doesn't help that the only word used to refer to Rarity's vagina is "pussy." That sort of thing gets repetitive after a while, and can disrupt the reader's immersion. Better, and more varied use of descriptive language - especially during the cloppy parts - would really make it a better story overall, and raise it above the level of IKEA Erotica.
