One thousand years have passed since the legacy of Twilight Sparkle and her friends had ended. It was not thought possible for their legacy to be taken up once more. But can the world be proved wrong?
Mint Letter used to be just like all of the other students at Canterlot High, but due to recent events, she can no longer think of herself in such a mundane manner. She now has to undertake a dangerous mission with two of her friends, and three other ponies each with varying personalities. In addition, an alicorn who wants nothing more than to find her aunts, has decided to accompany them.
What is this dangerous mission you ask? They must find a legendary weapon without even being certain that they can control it, in the hope that they can use it to defeat a threat that they thought was only a story. Now that this foal-hood tale has come to life, they must do everything in their power to annihilate it. Will they become world renowned heroines or fade into oblivion?

I see very few grammatical errors and your writing is good. I like the characters you have introduced so far and am excited to see more of them. I'm a sucker for stories set in the future of Equestria, so I was instantly drawn to this one.
I don't really see anything that needs improvement; at least from a commenter's standpoint. Though if you do need help with your writing or developing your characters and plot, I may be able to offer some assistance. No promises though, but feel free to PM me.
Don't feel bad if this story doesn't get a lot of attention. It's not you; it's the fandom. People will see that it's an all OC story and look away. It is quiet unfortunate.

As for the quotes, all of these are references to, and are parodies of quotes made by, a man or a woman who frequently appears in modern American film advertisements. The ads the film industry runs for new releases these days, particularly for big budget epics and spectaculars, seem to want to engage filmgoers in a game of "WHO IS THE LEAST HONEST CRITIC IN AMERICA TODAY?"
These words were mostly lifted from quotes printed by these "critics", who make appearances on a series of columns on Hollywood Bitchslap/efilmcritic.com that are capped off with the title of "CriticWatch." These columns are by Erik Childress, who is a member of the Online Film Critics Association and of the Chicago Film Critics Association. Please read these columns when you get a chance.

I'm well aware that I have a tendency to show instead of tell. In the beginning of the first chapter, I didn't show because I simply didn't feel I could do that in a good way and still connect to the rest.
I'm really glad you enjoy Daffodil's character, which is based off of me. All the six mane characters are based off me and five of my friends IRL. Hypie Tech, is, to be honest, a bit stick in the mud in reality too, and as such, he is in the story.
I'll probably go back and add more world building to this, now that you've pointed out the need for it. I'm also going to try and be more showing than telling.
I'm really glad you enjoyed the morning scene with Misty and Daffodil. I'm like that in the morning IRL, too. I go up 20 minutes before my family yet I'm always the one that need to hurry in the end.

You'll know that I think it's a good chapter unless I say otherwise.
One question though: are "Apple Bloom" and "Sweetie Bell" the same ones from the show, or are they just descendants of them. If they are the characters from the show, I doubt that they'd be alive after a thousand years (that is unless you have the perspective that ponies have extremely long life spans).
