So as some of you may have noticed I haven't been active on here for quite a while (again) due to mental health issues. it has really been a though month and last week when it all seemed to get better I got a lot of stressful things happening all at once, one of them near traumatizing.
My struggle against self-harm is going up and down, I try not to do it as often as i used to and even though this past week has been rough I've only done it once.
